It worked for me...

I started taking Phentaslim about a year ago after needing to lose wight for 10 years or more (which i just could not move ...AT ALL) So after a heck of a lot of research and trial and error with various other pills, I came accross Phentaslim and thought I'd give it a go. For me, the first week seemed a bit 'weird' as I'm not used to caffiene, but after the first week of taking them, I've not looked back. I'm now at my teenage/early 20's weight again (and bra size!) I never ever thought I'd be here, but I am. I'm almost 50 and waiting for the 'midsection gain' due to perimenopause as all the guru's are telling us 'the weight is harder to shift', 'you'll gain around your midsection', blah, blah, blah... but not for me as yet, (touch wood) Is this the Phentaslim? Is it that I cut out milk, bread, gluten & lactose? I don't know for sure, but this combination has made me lose 2 stone and keep it off! I now eat all kinds of nuts, grassfed cow butter, almond milk, seeds, salads, chicken, pork, beef, all veggies, avocados, cauliflower rice, sweet potatoes (not white or red spuds so you could say I gave up starchy foods too!) I don't eat pasta either, I do consume some seeded bread occassionally....But it all seems to work! A small price to pay for the body of a 20-year-old (again)
O.K so back to the Phentaslim... I'm sure they have really given my body the boost to use the foods I eat and turn my body into a fat burning machine. Ive made 4 purchases of 5 bottles now and will continue to buy as long as they keep on working like they have. I would highly recommend Phentaslim, only to be purchased from the official website as there's so many dodgie people out there trying to con you! In my opinion, the best diet pill so far.
