Beware

Ordered radiation safety glasses on March 3 with 7-10 day production shipping time. On March 18, I was told they were “targeting to complete the lenses next week.” Later that same day, after I raised concerns, they offered a 10% discount.

I followed up again when the order still hadn’t shipped and was then told they were “waiting for the frame to arrive Friday 3/28/26.” After that Friday passed, I still had no shipping confirmation.

At that point, I called twice trying to get clarity:
– First call 3/31: I was told I’d receive a tracking number within 2 hours (never happened)
– Second call 4/3: I was told they would call me back (never happened)

Customer service has been polite, but the lack of follow-through, missed timelines, and inconsistent communication made this a frustrating experience overall.

If you’re considering ordering, just be aware that the stated timelines may not be accurate and you may need to follow up multiple times to get updates.
