Order something from them 4 months ago never reviewed it. Talked to them threw email maybe they will reply back. Said package was delivered didn't happen! They said they would re-order it been over a month never heard anything! Don't order from them!!! You will get screwed! Now I'm out $60!!!

We ordered a Premium Silk Travel Liner for backpacking. The tracking showed the item coming from China and arriving in California and being delivered on Oct 3. It was never delivered. I was in frequent email communication with the company and they claim they checked with the USPS, but never got back to me. The delivery address was a retirement community, so every package is logged, and there was no log entry showing the package on any day in October. Unfortunately we had paid the CC bill, and have asked Philomcar for a refund, but haven't heard back.

PHILOMACAR IS A SCAM. THEY TOOK MY MONEY, THEY CLAIM MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT IT IS A LIE. THEY ARE FROM CHINA SCAMMING AMERICANS.

Had to give it a 1 because zero wasn't an option.placed my order the site showed progress as being shipped, said it was delivered but never was I checked with neighbors and the local post office nothing was ever sent STAY AWAY

Can I give a zero? Do not order from this site. I ordered an item, had a verification order email from the company, but, after charging me, they could not find my order. They kept asking for a copy of the verification email which I sent to them eight times. I finally went to Paypal and Paypal got my money back. Do not use this site. It is a SCAM.

Same exact thing happened to me. This is definitely a scam company. Fortunately I used a virtual card through Capital One and locked it right after purchasing so it couldn't be charged again. Tracking listed it as out for delivery for 3 days. wrote to Philomacar asking for details. No reply but it then was listed as delivered. I will be reporting to CC. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!

Zero stars!!! Ordered an item 9/1/25. Tracking showed shipped from China. Waited and waited, tracking showed progress. Eventually showed arrived at my town. Then status said delivered. But I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I have sent multiple emails to the company and they just reply with "status says delivered - check with neighbors." I have ask repeatedly for a refund. No response. This is a bad website to use. Beware!

I placed an order on 8/22. Total price quoted was $59.86. Actual amount charged was $61.42. I was told that it was getting ready to ship. On 8/28 I emailed inquiring as to the status. On 8/31 I inquired again. On 9/2 I was informed the order was being processed. On 9/27 I informed them I would be posting information related to what appears to be a scam. On 9/28 I received a response that provided "tracking information" (most of it in Chinese) indicating the order had been delivered and to check with household members and neighbors to try to find it. They simply took the money and scammed me. I advise strongly against doing business with these folks.

It's been a month , no delivery . They sent me tracking information , in CHINESE . The discount keeps changing --- I still don;t know how or where they charged me for my Item.

I placed an order on this website, the page said the item would be $46.99, with a discount it was supposed to be $42.29. After I placed the order, it tells me the total is $105.43. The price changed a few times and the final total was $115.03. I immediately tried to contact the seller to cancel the order. I never heard back from him. I contacted this website to notify them, I have not heard back from them. I then contacted Paypal and my credit card to dispute the charge. This website should not be trusted.

This site has either been hacked or someone has replicated it. When I started to make a purchase, my PayPal information was stolen, no order was placed and a charge ten times the amount of my attempted purchase was made to my credit card through PayPal.
