Great value and tools, THE eq is very convenient and made like a plug in by an engineer and producer because it was. There is no better way to do a final mix than to see all the frequencies at the end and visually see, along with hearing with you ears, to see what space they are occupying!

Phil’s plugins are genuinely impressive — intuitive, creative tools that have real value for music production at a great price point. I’ve enjoyed using them and would recommend the products themselves without hesitation.
That said, customer support is essentially non-existent. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to make a simple account change (email address update) and have received zero response — not from support, not from Phil directly. For a one-person operation, I understand bandwidth is limited, but ignoring basic account requests is frustrating and erodes trust in the platform long-term.
Great products, but buyer beware if you ever need help post-purchase.

I received this from Phil Speiser on October 4, 2025, (see below) and followed all of his instructions to the letter.
By purchasing his plugin, THE_Strip2, on that specific day, he promised a free update to THE_Strip 2.5 when it came out the following week. Well, it's been over 5 months and I have heard or received nothing.

Since he does not provide trial versions of his plugins, he promises a full refund if you return a purchased plugin within 30 days. So if you returned a Phil Speiser plugin within the 30 day period, I would wonder what the odds are that you would actually receive the refund? As his track record of keeping his promises is suspect, I would wonder if he would keep this promise.

To be honest, I do like Phil's plugins and I do use them. But it's difficult for me to trust him to keep any promises.

I’ve been using Phil’s products for almost 2 years now. You just have to try them. The Liquid 2 🔥🔥 The instrument 1-2🔥🔥 The strip 2 ahhhhh I just copped the Eq superrr excited for this one. ✨🔊🤖

I really liked THE FILTER plug in as I couldn't find anything like it on Logic pro, I got some great 3/4 chop ups for synths and bass ( although all timing options are there with many parameters), giving the tunes a syncopated rhythm I didnt know Iwas searching for. - but found I was. and then combined with THE STUTTER for some freaky glitchy bass fills . Great stuff and affordable too :)

I've contacted technical support because I'm having trouble accessing my account, and it's been a month without a response. Their technical support is inefficient and practically nonexistent.

I find Phil Speiser to be forthcoming with industry information that when applied may just be the difference between getting a record signed or being passed over for the bigger, brighter, deeper, wider, punchy yet clear, loud with transients intact, version with the producer who listened to the Mans words, purchased a plugin to suit the need of the moment & got the record deal due to it. (Maybe, but can we risk it now we know?) Class free distortion, The strip & instrument were class at version 1 so I imagine other worldly goodies in the current versions. If I could I'd pick up around half of PS's plugins, they suit my every day work flow. If money was no object for the sake of having an absolute ball in the studio I would be happy to commit to a lifetime with PS's products, as long as those lovely free updates keep on rolling in. Powerful kit throughout the rage as far as I've gotten thus far. And the problems solved concept is genius, these plugins fix things you didn't even realise needed fixing. Seriously they do !

I would say that the smoother is something like a multiband compressor - but a very precise tool. He creates a good balance, especially when it comes to contrasting second tracks such as bass and drums or to minimize sharp resonances, which it does really well with the right settings.

Phil Speiser's plug-ins are clean, clear, and very user-friendly. I would highly recommend them!

I use THE_BALANCE 2, THE_INSTRUMENT 2, THE_SMOOTHER and THE_SPICE, and all of them work perfectly. They are easy to use, sound great and really speed up my workflow. Very reliable plugins — highly recommended.

The Phil Speiser Strip is everything it said it would be! This plugin not only took my home recording to an impressive professional sound, but it also helped me get it done much faster! I loved not having to guess at while still retaining control over the mix itself. This is a game changer for a person like me who wants to save as much time as possible so as to get back to songwriting AND produce a powerful mix that stands up to the competition on streaming services. Smooth transaction. Software installed immediately and worked as described. Super easy and great value for the money.

On November 30th, I got a special deal offer for the new plugin, the Balancer 2, for $29 bucks. It's been over 3 hrs since I haven't received my purchased product. The paid product the Balance 2, didn't show up in the PS control center that's installed on my computer. I have receipts and transactions of my bought or paid product through my Paypal purchase with the very same email address that is associated with my PS account and the paid product was purchased from the very same email address. The support on PS website wasn't helpful or nor the merchants from Paypal 'PADDLE' wasn't helpful neither! I don't want a refund to wait for 30 days because i was very interested in the product. If i don't receive any support or getting help within the next 3 days... I'll just get my Bank to dispute the charges with proof of purchase and reciepts with screenshots. Why buy a product when support is poor and no sign of the paid plugin in my possession.

UPDATE EDIT: Phil helped me right away in solving my issue of an info typo on my behalf that was solved immediately and professionally! I'm Grateful.
