Complete waste of time

They cancelled on me ten mins after I tried to register a domain. No communication at all, no apology, no reason.

I emailed their support team and they responded "Hi, We are not able to process the order. Please try with another provider. Regards, support team."

I responded asking why they still list the service on their website and accept payment for it. No response. Then I gave them feedback. 6 days later still no response.

I really don't like posting 1-star reviews, but they've made it abundantly clear they don't have any interest in talking to me.

Don't waste your time with this incompetent company. There are better options out there.
