Recent visit to Sunnyvale location was disappointing. Ordering with service rep was smooth, however the barista making the drinks was so busy chatting with a friend that not only did a simple order take over 10+ minutes to prepare, but there were coffee beans in granddaughters hot chocolate? The mocha I had was just meh, and the location itself could use some cleaning. Overall experience was definitely lacking. Won't be back.
I met Phil many years ago. Great guy! He's expanded and exploded on the west cost for good reason... some of the best coffee around!!
I ordered Philz coffee online but had an issue with my order. I tried to reach customer service over the next several days with no luck. Apparently Philz doesn't have customer service. They do not respond to emails. When you call their customer service line, it could be 9 am on Monday or 2 pm on Thursday and you still get an after hours message. You can never reach anyone and no one will ever respond to you.
I used to LOVE Philz but this frustrating experience has turned me sour.
