I really enjoy working with PHMG! Ross is a wonderful representative over our account. He is super responsive, very helpful, and always completes our requests with ease.
Kai was wonderful to work with as well during the last round of updates we made to our hold messaging. Kai was polite and sent over exactly what we requested and needed to update.

Christopher is the best
Christopher is the best. He is proactive. He contacted me last week to schedule a meeting to outline our 2026 holidays, along with a fantastic idea to incorporate our office mascots in our outgoing message system. In addition, he offered season changes tailored for our industry. He continually exceeds all of our expectations.
Great experience and customer service
Tilly Hardwick worked really well with me and helped guide me to think about incorporating the right items into our script. She was on point and even flexible when i had to change meeting times at the last minute. Just Great all the way around.
turning a 1 star review in to a 5 star in 2.5 years
I would say its been about 2 years now but I was on the verge of canceling our contract with PHMG, we were fed up with open ended promises, bad fallow through and it seemed like we changed account managers quarterly. to say we were unhappy was an understatement. PHMG used up their 3rd strike with me, but they insisted they set us up with their Senior Account Manager Matthew Garrity. We agreed and gave them one more chance. It didn't happen overnight, but I would say with in the first year we saw a difference, Matthew was willing to learn our business and give us realistic expectations, he really has made it feel like we employ him on our team. I think in 2 years he maybe has missed 2 deadlines and that was normally due to him turning down recordings or scripts before I ever saw them. He has done a great job coaching me on how to get him the information he needs to make their side of our hold message successful. In short Matthew has turned our angry problematic and painful dealings with PHMG into a great partnership that I look Forword to working with every 2 months when we talk.

We have been working with Matt for around 7 years now, and rely on his team to take care of all our phone systems, messaging, and IVR menus. His team produces top notch sound, music, and voiceovers without us having to manage or micro-manage the production and application at any point. Our account mananger Ewan is brilliant, always emails asking if we need anything (Christmas messages, OOO messages etc) they are very quick with production of the messages.

PHMG go the extra mile, to get things right for their customers (like me). Lots of flexibility and help. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

The agents are really friendly. especially Ewan. Chased us to get Christmas hold music which we were grateful for as we didn't think about this and it was a lovely touch!
This company is full of crooks
This company is full of crooks. RUN - don't walk- from PHMG they are shady all the way. They lie to you and manipulate you at every turn. They refuse to reply to emails in writing but will call you and tell you one thing verbally over the phone only to change their story once you catch them in their lies. Their contracts are shady with "autorenew" clauses claiming you have to submit cancellation 42 days in writing prior to cancellation even though that was never made clear to us. You cannot view your account manager contact info on your customer portal or see your contract either. We will be contacting a lawyer to get us out of this mess, what a disaster! Avoid them at all costs.
Easy Upgrade!
We have been using PHMG for a few years now and have always had a good experience. More recently, we decided to upgrade our service and they have been super helpful at helping us update and expand the user experience for our clients calling in. Taran was our companies point of contact and went above and beyond, and has always been super responsive.
