I ordered 4 sweatshirts, 2 - 5XL and 2 - 2XL. The 5XL fit like a 1XL and the 2XL fits like a medium. I received them on 3/2/26. started the return request and gave 2 days for them to reply, no reply. I emailed again on the 3/4/26 with no reply. I sent another email today. It should not take 4 or more days to answer an email. I am going to dispute thru my credit card.
I too was taken. The cap I ordered described it as cotton with embroidered letters. The cap I received was paper like with the letters printed on it. I tried to return it with no response from them. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and got a refund. Well! Now, they are harassing me with daily emails offering me discounts up to $5.00! lol! Today’s was…..I had to pay 20.00 to send it back. They are absolute scammers and should be avoided at all costs. Even after I told them to stop with the emails, that I have received a refund on my credit card, they continue sending the emails with all sorts of discount offers. I highly suggest opening a dispute with your credit card companies.
I should have checked this site first. The cap I received was all white with no black lettering. Definitely false advertising. The company will not allow returns and will not issue another cap as pictured. Buyer beware!

a month ago I ordered 2 hats for $57. They still have not been delivered and I get no response to cancelling the order and return of my payment. I would strongly advise against business with this site.

I will give them one star because I did receive items just not the items I ordered. I have tried contacting the company with NO RESPONSE. DO NOT order anything from this company.
