I ordered online for a skip to be delivered and a hire period of 14 days. I entered my postcode and I chose the date and AM or PM. I also paid nearly £600 !
The date of delivery came, nothing.
The next day, nothing.
I have sent emails and left telephone messages......nothing.
I am starting to think this is a scam Company. If I do not hear anything by Friday, I will be contacting the police.
All it takes is an email or phone call if there is a delay.

Excellent service with timely collections and easy to contact key members of the organisation. Scott Chapell has been most helpful. Highly recommended!

We have only just moved our hazardous waste services to Phoenix Environmental, and we are so glad we did. Service levels are better than our previous company. The administration portal is brilliant and I have nothing but exceptional dealings with Scott and Mark. Value is brilliant without compromising the quality of service. Brilliant.

These guys work with us by supplying our clinical waste requirements. We have been with Phoenix now for over 3 years and have received great service - they attend when they say they will, there is minimal disruption to our daily workflow, they are very cost effective compared to other suppliers in the marketplace!

Imran has been more than helpful, went above and beyond to help us out at a frustrating time.

Excellent service across the board with this company. So refreshing to have this level of service from a clinical waste provider. My only regret is not making the switch years ago!

Driver is always polite and the email informing where we are on the list for the day is helpful. Anytime I need waste bags and boxes the support staff arrange this for me. Compared to the other companies we have used for similar services Pheonix Env are heads and shoulders above the rest

Does exactly what we expect of them in a very helpful way. Causes us no issues at all, just gets on with the job at a reasonable cost. V glad we changed to them.

We switched over to Phoenix quite some time ago, their customer service is excellent, competitive pricing, collections always on time and the guys collecting the waste are friendly and professional, after using a large corporate company (SRCL) with endless issues with fraudulent charges, non existent customer service and several unanswered emails (mainly due to terrible staff retention) switching over to Phoenix Environmental has been a breath of fresh air, highly recommend these guys
