Don't trust

Don't trust. They ask 1000 questions about your company and what do you deal with. Pretty annoying with so many questions. When you ask about their integrity, who are the owners of the institution, how do they work, they block you. Don't go there.

Hi Rafael!

As a licensed Electronic Money Institution, we are obliged to follow Compliance guidelines set by our regulator and other authorities. We take our Compliance, including AML & CFT, very seriously and are proud of the processes our team has developed.

To expand on the reasoning behind the documentation and information requested from you by our Onboarding team - when onboarding a new business client we must ensure that the business is legitimate and that the funds that will move through our institution are legally obtained and used with no malicious intentions. The fact, that our clientele operates in industries of various risk, means that we have to take an individual approach when onboarding every client and act very diligently.

We regret that your initial experience with us was not up to par. We take all feedback very seriously and we strive to continuously improve our processes and procedures.

If you have any additional questions, do not hesitate to reach out to our support team via email.

Best of luck,
Aleks
