The faculty are great

The faculty are great. Very communicative and proactive in each class. The curriculum is up to date and relevant in today's world. Each course is relatable to everyday life. The think there can be an improvement with assignment due dates. The due date listed is typically past the actual due date to allow for late submissions. It would help if the actual due date is listed then changed to "late" after the due date. I don't know the actual solution, but having the actual due dates listed would help.

An Incredible Journey with UOP!

My experience with University of Phoenix has been nothing short of exceptional. Everyone from the staff, to instructors and classmates have been beyond helpful. My instructors were knowledgeable in the subject matter, responded quickly, and addressed any hurdles/challenges I may have been facing. Staff has always responded to my inquiries and assisted in clarifying any questions I may have had. Financial aid walked me through some processes with ease; counselors always reached out when they noticed I was struggling with a class and offered tips, encouragement and options to get me to the finish line. My first time with UOP was so awesome that I came back for a second masters degree, and I do not regret it! The knowledge I have gained has opened career paths for me and allowed me to advance in my career. I would absolutely recommend UOP to anyone who wants to go back to school, but feels like they don't have time. The classes are easy to navigate, the material is relatable, and staff is awesome!

Achieving your goals is possible with UOP

Honestly, this is the best decision I’ve ever made in my life so far. Going back to school was certainly something I feared, but from day one I’ve been fully supported by the University of Phoenix. They have every resource you need to succeed and are always just a phone call away. I am extremely grateful for all of the individuals working there, including the professors. I am very excited to continue my educational journey at UOP and I cannot wait to graduate to show off my hard work!

This message program has been a very good experience for me. I believe only had one professor that was a little hard and communicate it very harshly, but other than that, the program is great. I have this class and two more classes and I’ll have completed the program.

Best thing I’ve ever done

From the moment I called I was provided with all the information that I needed to make my decision. Everyone is always so willing to stop what they are going to get you an answer. Everyone is helpful and kind. They listen to your needs and let you know how they can help.

Overall

Overall, I think the school itself is great.I like the program.. My only concern is that I do not feel challenged enough in the classes, i wish we could test to see what classes we actually need And then take classes more appropriate to where we are in life. If this is already an option,I was never offered this. Other than that i do enjoy the classes themselves.

This by far is the worst school I have ever attended. Please for your sanity find a different school to attend. They are all over the place half of the classes that you take doesn’t even match your program. Don’t even get me started on financial aid.
