Fantastic service! was greeted when arrived, got handed the keys to take for a test drive was made very welcome by all the staff, then within 20 mins I had purchased my new car

Great click and collect service. We were very happy with the process including a video tour of the car, a very controlled test drive and a quick and painless purchase process.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Neil and Joe were great. Neil offered and did look after our dog so me and the mrs could go on the test drive together. Bought a bmw 530d which so far is a dream. Car was serviced, mot'd and they refreshed the alloys which had slight markings on. Tonnes of decent cars in stock. Fab all round.

Have my new jeep almost 2 weeks and I am more than happy. Very good experience from first enquiry right through to delivery. Everyone I dealt with was more than helpful and very friendly. Minor issue which was sorted out very professionally and efficiently. Would highly recommended to anyone that is considering a new purchase.

I would definitely recommend Phoenix. Austin, Joe and Jason were all really professional, friendly, helpful and made things very easy for me for a smooth transaction. As soon as I arrived they gave me the keys to the car I came to buy and left me to it and just said take it for a drive when I'm ready (nice touch). I'll reserve judgement on the car I bought until I've driven a few thousand miles, but I'm pretty sure it's a good one at a good price. What I can say right now is that Phoenix were very good to deal with, from first phone call through to driving away. Efficient, helpful without being pushy, and professional, Covid-wise, through the handover process on the day. I'd highly recommend them.

Fantastic service, Joe was so kind and even worked out our finances on his day off. Graham also helpful putting together a video of the car we were interested in. The car we chose is just what we we were looking for and we love it. Lovely offices and car showroom. Honestly can’t recommend them enough, we would certainly use this company again!

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Everyone was really helpful and not pushy whatsoever. They're a family business and independent and their service reflects this because they really do care! Big shout out to Joe who stayed an hour late to help us with the paperwork and Neil who answered all of my 9,745 questions over the course of about four and a half hours.

Just a quick note to say thank you to both Joe and Neil for facilitating the purchase of my Golf R Estate. The car is awesome and came as described in every detail as per the narrative within the advert. You can tell by walking around the yard and the calibre of cars on offer that Phoenix only deal in quality motors and I found the buying experience itself an easy process. I am more than happy with the car and the deal I got on both part exchange and the new car itself. I bought a car from Phoenix car when seven months later I had an issue with the gearbox, I was informed it would need a whole new gearbox after driving the car only 6000 miles from buying It. I was told it was wear and tear and Phoenix/warranty would only agree to pay £1250 towards the £3882 bill, I reluctantly took the offer but wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone.

Bought a car today and couldn’t be happier, from the minute we arrived to test drive the staff couldn’t do more.
Helpful polite and friendly just what you want in customer service !!
