So far so good. They have lived up to their commitment, and deposits are made on time or early each month. The only complaint I have is that the government is dragging their feet opening up the A+ investment option. Completely out of the hands of Phoenix Capital Group.

I have about three million in a retirement plan. Does the 9 percent bond fund qualify. Also what risk are we talking about as compared to the stock market. Thanks

This group is awesome. Had some doubts back in 02/22 but they have never missed an interest payment even though family and friends were skeptical. Great steady income when at the time interest rates were below 2%. 9%, maybe i should put in all of my money with this group!! Thanks Matt Willer.

The customer service is excellent to very good because the contacts made with all facets of Phoenix and their
connection to Advanta made for fairly smooth transitions of the money invested. All were friendly and
helpful and available most of the time to answer questions or concerns.

So far, so good. I was unable to purchase last time, but made it in this time. I’ve told a few family members about this program and I have a few already involved. God Bless PCG.

This is my second round of investment with PHX Capital and I could not recommend them more. I tested it out so to speak last year, and received the return every month as expected, then the full return of my initial capital. I am very impressed with the business model and especially the company representatives I've spoken with, specifically Matt Willer. He is a wealth of information and very personable. I know my money is safe with PHX Capital.

PCG sends me my monthly interest every month on the 8th. The investment is solid because they hedge their fund which was one of the biggest reason why I invested. I feel it is truly a safer investment than any I have tried.

Very pleased with the level of investor service provided. A year ago when I was a new/prospective investor with Phoenix I wore them out with questions as I worked to understand this alternate investment, which was new to me. Being a CPA, I wanted to challenge myself to clearly understand the underlying risks, and to identify any issues lurking under the surface. To the Company's benefit, they showed great patience and had knowledgeable resources available to answer all of my questions.

The service Phoenix provides is very personal and detailed. You get an acct manager assigned to you that can help you resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Emails do not get lost in "team" inboxes. My rep Wendy is top notch when it comes to service!

What awesome people and a great company! While the company resubmitted the regulation A offering with the SEC I put my name on the waiting list. When the investment went live, Cameron called me and sent an email to notify me. I invested the next day. After talking with Cameron I then made an early withdrawal from a bank CD the following day and invested that money as well. PCG reimbursed me for the penalty charged by the bank. Wow that is customer service! Today I looked at my account and already have an interest deposit. I thank God for leading us to this company. And thank you to Cameron for your assistance. Top notch company! I look forward to a long relationship with PCG.
