So far I've had a great experience with Phoenix! Matt has replied to me in a timely manner every time I reached out to him. I have invested some $ to test the waters. The portal is very easy to navigate, provides great information and my deposits are on time every month. I hope to continue to do business with Phoenix for a long time to come!

Matt has been exceptional! He communicates clearly and responds quickly. That is not the norm in today's world. I've thrown a lot of questions his way and he has replied usually the same day. The webinars have been very informative as well.

Update Aug 5, 2025:
After Reg A offerings being closed for about a year, you came through with additional tiers. I exchanged all my current 3-yr bonds for 11yrs @ 12% and monthly interest added so it can compound. I also invested additional funds in 3, 5, & 7yr bonds. I wish you also had a one year tier, but understand that that might be substantial work for such a short term at S1 investment levels.

Feb 2023
Initially had their ad pop up during a spades game on my cell. I just knew it had to be a scam...or was it? I clicked on it after abt the 10th pop-up. Read through it...then did my own due diligence and thoroughly researched their website; Google, Trustpilot & Better Business Bureau reviews/entries; all the filings on the SEC; disected their offering statement and all their annual reports: this company is legitimate! Then I signed up for one of their webinars and invested a few days after in Feb. I was still a little skeptical until the first distribution. Like clockwork, the interest is distributed on time everytime...well early actually. Distribution is on the 10th of the month, but it is usually in our accounts on the 8th, which means we earn interest on our interest for 2 additional days, which adds up to 24 extra days of the year. Yeah! We invested more in Mar, and I also transferred the remaining 2k in my TSP to an IRA with Phoenix. My daughter and my husband invested with them as well.
I find the quarterly web updates very informative and useful, the presenters very personable, and the numbers impressive. You don't have to be a seasoned Wall St wolf. They explain it so anyone without financial/investing know-how can understand. It took me back to the accounting and business classes I sat through in the 80s & 90s.
Also, when you contact ANYONE at Phoenix Capital, you actually get a response! Yes, I am impressed! Looking forward to becoming a Reg D investor.

Yes, I have one complaint:
Please more choices/tiers for Reg A investors and let us too compound our interest.

I've been watching Phoenix Capital for 2 months now & have seen some bad reviews on this site. Then all of a sudden they are deleted. Why??????
The good reviews remain & have a company response the bad ones vanish.
Please explain!!!

The investment returns are great during this period of low interests. Customer service attends to your needs in a timely manner. If you have doubts, ask questions first to see if you get a response. Then you'll see them act on what they say Great!

Easy to communicate, easy to fund the investment! All good!

Matt Willer, Curtis Allen and the team at Phoenix Capital Group have been a pleasure to work with. They have been great about answering pointed and hard questions with straightforward and appropriate answers. One of the things I love about Matt is that not only is he fully transparent with information but he also, works really hard to understand your questions and concerns completely so that the answers he provides are thorough and answering what you are really asking and not some canned answer that doesn't help with your questions.

Matt Willer and his staff are accessible and transparent. I have seen my account grow in just a few months. They also hold quarterly webinars to keep their investors apprised about their holdings and plans. I'm watching a replay because I couldn't attend it live. I do not regret my decision to invest with them.

I have to say I was pretty skeptical like most people about this Phoenix Capital group (PCG) and I'm new at this especially with my retirement nest egg. Trust me I did a lot of research up and down and this is the only one and the only investment company I truly trust. I trust them without hesitation or reservation so much, I'm going to deposit a six figure amount into my account this Thursday the 26th 2023. If you want to talk about "1st" class this is it "Old School" personal touch something you don't find anymore. I was personally shocked that Mr. Matt Willer thought enough about me to personally call me while he's on a business trip (Unbelievable). Also a shout out to Cameron Smart what an asset to to (PCG) contacted me ASAP and we talked and he sent out my PGC package FedEx express mail.

YouTube ads advertise a 9% annual return with a minimum investment of only $5000, but on the website it suddenly says:
"We apologize but we are currently in the process of an update to the offering statement for the 9% Regulation A bond offering.
This is a standard process required of all Regulation A issuers with offerings which continue for more than twelve months.

During this period, we can provide information about the offering, but we may not accept subscriptions until after. You can indicate your interest in investing, and we will be happy to follow up once complete."

Currently all offerings require at least a 100k investment. I think it's misleading to leave these ads running while the service isn't available.

I recently invested with Phoenix Capital Group. I was a bit leery about responding to an ad, but Sarah was very helpful and set up a time for me to talk to Matt Willer. Matt was very helpful, upfront and answered all of my questions. It has been a couple of months since my investment and all payments on or before the due date. So far I have had an exceptional experience with Matt and the Phoenix Capital Group.

Thank you for very helpful staff. Every time I have a question your staff either has the answer or gets back to me quickly.

Easy to complete all the investment bond paperwork on-line.
