Paul fitted our alarm & cctv
We cant access alarm or cctv as he refuses to give the customer the passwords

I have contacted pyronix and hik vision.
I am publicly asking for our passwords for our system
So we can get our alarm and cctv back under control via another security team.

We have lost £4000 and have a system we cant use as the company refuse to deal with complaints.
False notifications upto 200 a night

System was never what was promised always too busy to come and fix

This has ended up in a court case now.

Phoenix fire and security installed a wireless alarm system throughout my house plus 24hr colour cameras externally. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and everything works perfectly. Great job and happy customer.

Phoenix recently fitted CCTV cameras and an alarm system in our home. The guys were very professional and done a fantastic job, we are delighted!

We hired this company to fit a hybrid alarm keeping existing devices and adding wireless devices. They cut out all wired devices and replaced them with all wireless and when we realised attempted to cover themselves saying its a hybrid alarm which it is but they never utilised the hybrid as they removed all wired devices.

They also fitted a Hikvision CCTV System in our property. The camera angles are not suitable and are covering more of our walls and fences than anything else. This creates a problem at night as it lights up and creates a glare in the camera. We get bombarded with 99 notifications a day which are false and later discovered that the wires have been ran in our guttering on top of moss and just left.

We have also since discovered that they altered our electrical system in an unsafe manner and left boxes hanging by wires and exposed cables.

We have contacted the company several times through email, phone and now letter but they don't respond and instead threaten with speaking to their lawyer regarding slander. Well unfortunately for you it's not slander if it's true and I have plenty of photos to prove this is the case. We upload them but they just delete them. They have blocked me and my partner in social media and flag our reviews on trust pilot. They now even ignore solicitors letters so I guess I will be seeing you soon!

We paid £3750 for for a system that is useless and as a result we are having to have replaced.

We never even received our own log in details to cameras and alarms.

The company also used their personal mobile phone to set up my cameras. Then later claimed they had video evidence of me. Video footage of my cameras in my home!

Top quality job from the lads at Phoenix. Quick but high quality installation of home security. Always available if needed for questions about the system and were quick to come back when system had some teething issues to rectify.

From start to finish Phoenix provided excellent service all round, honest reliable company.

I had some issues with security at my property. After gathering lots of insane quotes I found Phoenix Fire & Security and Paul was straight back to me within the day. He came over and reviewed the job I wanted and gave me a quote there an then. Followed up by a written quote over email and the job was his.
The morning of the job Paul and Alan (The Tank, he’s a man mountain) turned up to complete the job. Within a couple of hours the CCTV was wired, working and Paul was showing me how to use the app and work the CCTV, Alan was outside bicep curling the van.
Whilst they were on site they noticed an issue with my alarm and they offered to fix it free of charge. They have since taken over my alarm maintenance.

Can I recommend this company? Absolutely. 100%. Friendly. Polite. Reasonably priced and knowledgable about all their products. I haven’t got a bad word to say about the company and or the staff. All future security maintenance and changes to my system will be managed by this company.

Great professional service. They were very friendly, personable and answered all my many questions. Very approachable and I am very satisfied with their work. Would highly recommend them!
