Really fed up

Really fed up. Had a boiler fitted about 3 years ago from them and had nothing but trouble. Every time it rains water comes through the boiler, this has now caused water damage to my units directly underneath the boiler and when I called them about it they sent a guy out and he told me it was just bad luck due to the angle of where the flue is and toyed with trying something and suggesting I do it myself as I know gas engineers and then never called me back. So I’ve just to live with rain water pouring in any time it heavy showers in Scotland or fix their job myself. I also had Worcester out to check it and they told me it won’t last the 10 years with the rain water pouring through and that something outside wasn’t sealed properly and something else. It’s all noted down on their survey sheet. As well as this every winter the boiler gargles and then shuts off and I have to get someone out to remove stones out of the system due to them using the same waste pipe as my washing machine or again due to the rainwater pouring through. Complete nightmare. Would not recommend to anyone. A company should always take ownership of their bad work and do their upmost to fix it. They have not.
