BEDBUG INFESTATION & REFUSED REFUND AFTER WE EXPOSED THEM!

We booked one month stay and paid upfront, at 10 Sidonie Apartments, 2 Denver Avenue, London SW11 1AJ, and it was an absolute disaster. My son was covered in bedbug bites, and the company’s response was beyond unprofessional. Instead of properly fixing the issue, they claimed we brought the bugs from Asia, in addition then tried to gaslight us and refused to refund us after we posted a bad Google review!
What happened:
My son was severely bitten by bedbugs (see photos) after sleeping in the bed.
We found clear evidence of bedbugs on the mattress , bed frame , curtains everywhere.
Instead of calling a professional exterminator, they sent a cleaner with a spray bottle—which does NOTHING to eliminate an infestation!
They then claimed a professional company would come for steam cleaning, but here’s the worst part:
They expected us to move BACK INTO the same apartment just 4 HOURS later! Imagine this situation with a little dog in a chemically treated apartment.
Anyone with common sense knows that bedbugs cannot be eliminated in a few hours. It takes a full professional extermination and multiple treatments.
When we refused to stay in the infested apartment, they REFUSED to give us a refund—because we left an honest Google review! And kicked us out immediately.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. HERE’S WHY:
🚫 Bedbug-infested apartments
🚫 They try to cover up infestations with a simple cleaning spray
🚫 They expect guests to move back in within HOURS of a so-called treatment
🚫 They punish guests by refusing refunds if you post a bad review

This company is an absolute joke you judge for yourself. If you care about your health, hygiene, and safety, stay as far away as possible.
