It has been a very cold day and George has been very patient teaching us various techniques. And we were offered hot tea and coffee. During training, we often made mistakes. He never blames us. I'm grateful to him!

I would like to suggest getting the guys down there better facilities and a proper office space. Doing so would enhance not only customer experience but also the staffs.
