Really lovely guys, staff were very helpful.

Instructor was very helpful in teaching all the basic skill. With clear instructions on how to do it and how to improve on it.

The CBT training was well organized and easy to follow. The instructors were patient, professional, and focused on safety throughout the course. The practical riding exercises helped build confidence in handling the motorcycle

Done my CBT with Phoenix Motorcycle training. Had a long pause in riding and was abit nervous and rusty. Chris the instructor took the time to instruct and teach which gave me the confidence and ability to be able to pass the CBT. Thanks for a good day and some great laughs along the way! Would thoroughly recommend the company and will be looking to come back to obtain my full bike license.

Doing the one to ones with Sam helped massively and having the help from Dave on the CBT day.

If you have no prior experience with a clutch I highly recommend doing a one to one before doing your CBT it’s a lot to take in on one day so doing the one to one before helps a lot.

Cant fault them, me & my partner went quite scared for cbt first time on geared bike. We did ok and then went on the road test part & my partner went into a road sign. We got taken back to training school on back of marks big bike that was a highlight. They were so nice & encouraged us to get back on the bikes on the pad, we booked to return to do the road part & had no issues. Mark was so calming & encouraging & felt so safe & heard with him & all the other instructors. Highly rate them & recommend to all.

Went for my 2nd CBT. Great experience. Calm, friendly, professional staff had good banter and patience for everyone. Had an instructor doing his first session and absolutely smashed it. Kenny did a great job

Passed my Mod 1 & 2 with very few faults.. first time!

Did my CBT renewal with Phoenix today after my previous certificate expired, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I did my first CBT with another company a couple of years ago and the difference was night and day.

The team at Phoenix were professional, friendly, patient and really informative. Everything was explained clearly and they made sure you learned in a relaxed and enjoyable way.

Big thanks to Greg and Peter in particular, both were brilliant instructors and clearly know their stuff (nice guys) I’ll definitely be booking my full access course with them. Highly recommend.

A great experience, helpful and knowledgable staff, I used the crystal palace branch for my cbt and initial training, 6 months of 125 riding later and then I went across to the foots cray location for my intro to bigger bike - where I was told I would be ready for my mod 1 and mod 2 exams with a day of training for each. I had a few different instructors, but mostly Steve B who was a great help and really improved my riding (whilst calling out my mistakes!). I feel a lot more confident in riding and now keen to explore a lot more around riding.

Phoenix Motorcycle Training has a very easy booking system, all done through their website.
Communication from the company is excellent and they keep you informed right up until the day of your training.
My instructor was Sam, he passed on excellent training to us & he was very acknowlable. He was very professional and a really good coach.

I've been training with Pheonix for a while now. I was training at the Crystal Palace then at Sidcup both instructors at both branches were very encouraging, inspiring and helpful. They were friendly and wise. They shared their own personal experiences of both training and riding for years. I apologise as I can't remember all the names that trained me. I achieved my CBT yesterday and shall be back to get my full license.

I recently completed my CBT course with Phoenix Academy and had a great experience. The learning environment was very professional and supportive, and my instructors were patient and highly skilled. They trained me properly before going on the road, which really built my confidence. While riding, they guided me throughout and calmly corrected my mistakes. Overall, it was excellent service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

So I had my mod one and my mod two with them, they were very helpful ,instructive ,kind very welcoming, and a great team in general, they helped point out the wrong/ mistakes and helped improve them. I was very happy with my results with one minor on both of the test. Would like to say thank you to the team and I appreciate it thank you.

I did my CBT and DAS with Phoenix, all of the instructors I met were fantastic, I'd definitely look at doing some more advanced courses with them in the future.
