Good training, nice and patient instructors

I cannot recommend Phoenix Motorcycle Training highly enough. From start to finish, the training was professional, patient and extremely supportive. The instructors understand that everyone learns at a different pace, and they work with your individual ability while correcting mistakes and helping you build confidence.
A massive shout-out and thank you to Liam, who was absolutely amazing throughout my training, and to Mark, who helped me enormously, particularly with his “magic two over-the-shoulder” technique, which really helped everything click for me.

What impressed me most was their patience and the way they explain things until you fully understand. They genuinely want you to become a safe, confident and competent rider, not simply pass your test.

If anyone is thinking about learning to ride a motorcycle and wants professional training, excellent instruction and instructors who genuinely care, Phoenix Motorcycle Training is the place to go.

I would 100% recommend them to my family and friends, and I would happily use Phoenix again in the future.

After doing my first CBT with another company my confidence was not there anymore & I thought I would fail a second time. Enter Phoenix, they were incredibly patient & confidence boosting throughout. Jacob helped me through the day & I could not have asked for a better instructor, he was honestly amazing! Thank you Phoenix for showing me I could do it & giving me my CBT certificate at long last! 🐦‍🔥

The instructors are patient, the instructions are clear and easy to follow. I have to thank them for helping me to get my A2 licence. I recommend them.

Thanks to 3 lovely instructors Mark , Ben & Liam I passed my DAS , I could never done it without them ! The communication has been above and beyond and managed to complete everything in roughly 3 months !
Such an amazing team and will definitely come back for some more advanced training !
I started off with no confidence , didn’t think it was something I could achieve due to passed experiences but I got over myself Ben was fantastic with guiding me through everything he helped gain most of my confidence back through my CBT , Gear conversion course , CBT plus and getting on a bigger bike tester session
I then met Mark on my improvement day who was ever so kind and talked me through all the training and went over parts I wasn’t confident in! Despite the hot weather and fatigue we got there in the end ! 😅 and then helped prepare myself for my mod 1 test which I passed! with Ben being there on the day
Finally I met Liam prepping for my mock mod 2 test and then on to my mod 2 test , had the best best time ever finally , feeling more confident then I have ever felt on a bike , perfect weather , definitely a memory to keep in mind but the important thing is I passed ! I do need to have a bit more practise for obvious reason only the instructors know 😂but I’ll be keeping that to myself for now. But overall the best experience I’ve had! I could keep on writing more but you dont need an essay 😅

But once again thanks to phoenix team to a new era of my life!

I trained with Phoenix Motorcycles for my full A license (MOD1 and MOD2). Having already been an experienced rider overseas with intermediate and advanced training, I truly appreciated the professionalism and expertise of the instructors here. No matter your background, there is always something new to learn with motorcycles, and Phoenix delivered that perfectly.Liam brought great enthusiasm and technical insight, while Mark impressed me with his patience and wealth of experience. Both were nothing short of excellent, and their student‑centric approach made the training engaging and effective. I highly recommend Phoenix Motorcycles for their professionalism and commitment to helping riders succeed. If I were to be very particular, the only area that could be improved is communication from the office. Updates about scheduling changes, such as double bookings, can occasionally come at the last minute. That said, this is a minor point compared to the overall outstanding training experience.

I was really pleased with how the training was conducted. It was a long day but I feel like everything was covered to be safe on the roads.
The instructors, Jakob and Liam were very clear in their directions and gave plenty of chances to correct manoeuvres and control issues.

Very knowledgeable instructors who honestly want you to enjoy riding motorbikes and want you to pass 1st time. Please listen to what they have to say as they know their bikes!

They helped me go from a 52 year old total novice to passing my Mod 2 at the first attempt so they must be good!!!

Liam is an Excellent trainer, office staff are very helpfull. Sorting everything out. Trained with another company before phoenix. No comparison phoenix is first class.

A fantastic day of training. Clear instructions from very friendly and encouraging training team.
Didn't feel out of my comfort zone at anytime. Training definitely felt that it was at my pace.
Can't wait to take my A license course
