Highly recommended
I highly recommend Phoenix and my instructor Liam. Phoenix were very easy to deal with and managed to get me booked in for my DAS training very quickly. Liam is a highly skilled rider and a fantastic teacher. Very patient and with a keen eye for the important details so I knew exactly what to focus on at all times. As well as getting me through my test first time I feel he has also prepared me well for riding on my own. He's also a really nice guy, so the days spent riding around the sunny Cotswolds with Liam were awesome fun! Thank you!

I came in with no experience on a bike and passed my cbt. The team was great, professional and easy to along with.
I will be going back to do my DAS as I was so pleased with the service i received.
Fantastic experience - fun as well as useful
Had a genuinely great time at Phoenix in Milton Keynes. The instructors (Liam and George) are really knowledgeable and you can tell they're properly passionate about bikes, but they're also friendly, patient and reassuring which makes a massive difference when you're learning. They made sure the whole experience was fun as well as educational. Never felt rushed or out of my depth, and they were happy to answer any and all questions I had along the way. Really felt like they were meeting me at my skill level and working with me based on what I needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about getting on two wheels.

I had an amazing experience with George, Excellent instructors, had a good time but more importantly the course was very informative.
Five-Star Experience
Five-Star Experience: From CBT to Full Licence!
I’ve just completed my CBT and full DAS training and couldn't be happier with the result. I’m officially licensed and ready to ride!
A massive thanks to Ben, George, and Liam for their expert guidance. They made the whole process smooth, professional, and—most importantly—safe. Their coaching gave me the confidence I needed to pass.
Highly recommend this team to anyone looking to get on two wheels!
Amazing riding school
I finished my CBT and Direct Access training with Liam, George, and Ben, and I am absolutely buzzing! I can't recommend them highly enough! These guys are not just highly skilled instructors; they are the friendliest, most patient, and approachable people you could ever wish for. They truly took the time to understand my learning style and tailored the training specifically for me, which made all the difference!
What blew me away is their commitment to ensuring you not only pass your test but also ride confidently and safely. Their wealth of knowledge and experience is incredible, and they really made the whole process enjoyable and inspiring. I genuinely looked forward to every session!
I'm beyond thrilled to have trained with such a fantastic team; it's truly been an experience of a lifetime! I can't wait to join any community that Liam and the team create. Here's to countless exciting adventures on two wheels! 🏍️✨ Let's hit the road!
First Class Instruction
A massive thanks to Liam and his team at Milton Keynes. The whole experience from having never ridden a motor cycle to passing my A license three months later was fantastic. Even when I was struggling one day the instructors come up with a training plan to get my confidence back up and get me back on track. My dealings with the office where all met with friendly and competent staff who new their stuff. I have racked my brains to try and come up with something for them to improve on, but for my experience there simply wasn't. Would highly recommend them.
Very easy process , great training.
The whole booking system, availability and knowledge of phone operators was very easy and simple. Email communication is very good and gives you all the information you need. Payment is easy. Very good process in place.
I did think the facilities were limited at this location, especially as it was cold and there was nowhere to get out of the weather apart from sitting in your car at breaks.
Instructors are amazing. George was a good laugh, but installed the seriousness of riding a motorbike. I had a wobble early on and George kept with me all the way. I ended up passing my Mod 1 with no minor faults and my Mod 2 with two minor faults both first attempt.
Going with Phoenix was the best…
Going with Phoenix was the best decision on my bike journey.
I’d done my CBT with another company a couple of months back, so when I became comfortable to pursue my full license I looked at a few options to get to a full unrestricted license and chose Phoenix. They are not the cheapest but as they say - cheap isn’t always best.
One thing to mention up front. Phoenix enforce a few days break between Mod 1 & Mod 2 tests, as it give you time to retake your mod 1 if there is a problem. Not all places do this. It's a safer option and you won't lose mod 2 test costs unnecessarily.
Things started with a 90-minute assessment on a Honda 750 Hornet. Jorge, my instructor, had me figured out within about 15 minutes. He knew exactly what I needed to work on.
Over the next couple of weeks we focused on structured training to build up the skills necessary. Jorge will guide and direct you to get to the standard, but he won't hold back on pulling you up for sloppy riding . When he'd correct me on things I thought were fine, he would show me why they weren’t. Made sense every time. The man knows his stuff inside out.
Train hard, play easy – that’s what they say, right? Well it works. Mod 1 day comes round and I was a bit on edge. Went through most of it fine but had one stall restarting from the emergency stop because my nerves got the better of me. Picked it up quick though and only got one minor for it. Jorge had drilled the recovery into me enough times that it was automatic and resulted in a first time pass. Mod 2 a bit later – passed with a few minor faults and again, a first time pass.
If you want someone who’ll actually teach you to ride properly and not just get you through a test, go to Jorge at Phoenix - doesn’t mess about but he’ll make you a decent safe rider.
A big 'thank you' to Liam also for looking after me on my Mod 2 test day as Jorge couldn't make it. I had a 0900 am test, and Liam took the time to do a test run to get me comfortable just before my test.
All in all - good people and would recommend without hesitation.
Excellent !!
I just want to say a big thankyou to George and the team for all their hard work, getting me through my full motorbike licence. The service, equipment and motorbikes available were excellent. I would recommend anybody interested in getting their full motorbike licence to pick Phoenix
Knowledgeable staff!
I had a CBT course recently. I was lucky enough to have 2 great instructors - Ben and Liam. Information was brought in easy to understand form, they were patient and methodical with any mistakes I have made. Would definitely recommend!
excellent instructor at Milton Keynes
George was an excellent instructor and knows his stuff. Accent a bit hard to understand sometimes, but maybe just me.
I made lots of mistakes in training, but fewer on test.
He got me through Mod 2, so many thanks.
Bike was a Honda 750cc Hornet; very nice to handle, but I think 90 HP is a bit much for me atm!
I only had 2 weeks before I would have to redo CBT, so very relieved!

Great teacher he always repeats it for you if you don’t understand he’s like to have a laugh and a nice person overall
Great instructors
Flawless!
Absolutely the best place to get Ur biking experience started. Flawless. They made sure I was comfortable and happy, and confident while m done with the course. Couldn't have been done better. The instructors, top nock.
Good trainers
Good trainers very knowledgeable. Nice people.
Office staff not always aware of what next stages are, for example I was booked on for an early session that I didn't need to do and I had to pay for it and was only told when I got there by the trainer that I didn't need to do it as I had done that part of the course before.
Great training and really good advice…
Great training and really good advice make you feel comfortable on the bike only niggle I had was using the head phones with the coms it's really hard to get them to sit properly in your ears when putting your helmet on
