Everything is fake. The funds, which they are showing on the trading platform, you will never get back.
Yes, they are talking nicely, fishing you up with the amounts which you can earn and all the time asking you to transfer more money. They have a special scheme on how to force you to pay them money even if you don't want to invest more. In one day, they can show you a dizzying profit so that they force you to transfer the commission of 19% to the accounts of companies, their phantom partners.
After which they agree to transfer the amount to you, but in crypto currency and the scheme is as follows : You make an Atomic Wallet, and they "transfer" you into ETH tokens, which in reality have no market value. After that you have to download APP crypto.com, like to transfer the EHT to crypto.com and to be able to withdraw your funds. Everything looks great till the moment when you are unable to transfer EHT to crypto.com. And why ???? Because PHOENIX have a very special mission in this case. The financial adviser kindly offering you to write a letter to Atomic Support Service, but he is not sending this letter to the correct mail address, because he knows what will be the answer. The letter is provided to the fake scam mail and when you get an answer to your enquiry, they explain to you that you have to transfer still 10% of your Funds, like a deposit which will be deposited to your crypto wallet later. This is so wired and so suspicious, because on ATOMIC WALLET you don't have to pay even a high fee. I found out that the mail of SUPPORT SERVICE is fake, and I've got the real answer, that the EHT wich I'm holding in my wallet is A FAKE ASSET and does not have any value on the market, so I'm not able to SWAP it to real crypto or fiat currency, and they have sent me a link to see that NET WORTH IN USD is 0.00.
THINK WELL WHAT YOU WANT REALLY - A BIG GAME, but you will pay really too much for this GAME, or you just want to keep your money .

PHOENIXTB.IO PART 3 - FINAL
All right, reader's part 3 to the ongoing situation with Phoenixtb. I receive an email from the Financial Analyst who starts off by stating let bygones be bygones, and still accuses me of being unethical!! Failing to realize that he was the one who mocked my son's illness and surgery. Moving on, he says that he has unblocked my account and that I should put in a withdrawal request to have the funds drawn. It seemed to be to good to be true! I went a head put in the withdrawal request and received an email from Lucia Agnello from the Finance Department with the following email :-
"We have to inform you that your request has been put on hold by the transaction executive system. Currently, trading account id:175968 has a financial block due to the unpaid services fees. The regulatory authorities do not see the transaction from Jawinder Uppal with the purpose of the payment of an "outstanding commission" (19.5% of the total profit including brokerage commission) as a result, the commission is considered to be unpaid"
Commission to be paid: 2,513.26 EUR

I've now asked for PhoenixTB to show me when the account was opened where did it state and where did I sign and agree to the commission of 19.5%!! To which these clowns send me an invoice, obviously not knowing the difference between an invoice and signed contract/declaration.

The next email received from Lucia stated that the Account Manager Lucy Benjamin should have mentioned the service fee which clearly shows these people don't have a clue about what they are doing. She then goes on to say even though I was rude they are will to give me a discount of 3% bringing down the fee to 16.5% 2126.60 EUR (How F*king Nice of them)
I responded by saying ok deduct the fee from the balance to which Lucia replies they can't do that and I would need to pay upfront!!! Like seriously do they think I came down in the last shower. My simple response to her was F*k Off!!
To conclude PHOENIXTB IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM THE FCA IN THE UK HAVE ALSO CONFIRMED PHOENIXTB IS A BIG SCAM. PLEASE DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY AND IF YOU HAVE PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE CANADIAN ANTI FRAUD UNIT AND PAST REVIEWS EVERYWHERE YOU CAN.

This platform stands out with its competitive spreads and low transaction fees. Compared to other brokers I've tried, their pricing structure is fair and affordable while maintaining excellent service quality.

I never intended to sign up with this company as I entered details via Bitcoin Sprint. I was called shortly after and I made a small investment and followedthe instructions. I subsequently ended up with the phoenixtb platform, with no reference to Bitcoin sprint anywhere. I researched phoenixtb, noting the unfavourable reviews and subsequently placed a withdrawal request. This unfortunately never proceeded past pending. I was contacted by a broker who explained the platform and i was a little reassured and decided to leave the investment and see if this could work out. Over the next few weeks the investment grew and I was encouraged, so decided to try and withdraw to satisfy myself this was possible and then reinvest. This is where problems arose. First I could not withdraw because my ID was invalid due to an imperceptible cropping of one edge of my driving licence. Then it was because the facility to withdraw to a credit card was not currently available. Wire transfers were proposed but this wss not possible as IBAN numbers were not recognised. Then on trying again i apparently had insufficient funds. At this point I initiated a charge back from my credit card company, which resulted in phoenixtb closing my account. I was fine with this until my credit card company decided to rule in phoenixtb's favor, despite phoenixtb being identified as fraudulent by the FCA. I was even called by someone claiming to be working for the federal government (US), who informed me that they were aware phoenixtb was a fraudulent company and could recover my funds including the profits. I asked them to send further details but i have not received anything. I now have no phoenixtb account and no refund from my credit card company and so have lost my investment.

I can not get my money back they are not calling me your answering email
But it is the weekend my be in the morning other then that I have no good review to write at this time.

Downloaded an app out of curiosity and since have been hounded by spoof numbers up to 8 times a day for 8 weeks straight. I'm at the point of seriously considering changing my number to get rid of them.

PhoenixTB is a great forex broker that provides a seamless trading experience.

To complete my lasted commentary, there are obiviously scammer. If you refuse to give more money for stupid reasons they will found (for me it was "you break your bot so to repear it you need to paid 1200 euros), they will start to disrespect you and to provoc you they will start absurd trading session on your account with absurd benefic (32000k in 10 sec with 2700 on my balande) before ban you and said "your fault". I talking to children who steal money AND have no maturity. If you want proves, contact me without problems i have hundreds screenshot, vocal registrations of absurds discussions with phoenixtb, and my lawyers who can contact you if you want too + my police department who make investigations. Without any doubt there are scammer.

I initially put 250 euro after that they show me that they transform it to 2000 euro and ask to deposit more. They told me that they have plan which you invest 25000 euro to get 2000 euro per month. I did it and the first month they send me 2000 euro in my account. Than they told me that they have opportunity for some NVIDIA shares which I could buy from somelse that couldn’t pay back. They transform my 25000 in 75000 than the suprise came when I wanted to withdraw my money. First they came with a special suprise that I had to pay 19% commission when initially the financial advisor said only 3%. I decide to pay the commission to see how far they could go. They said that the commission is payed and the withdrawal could be done on Friday 09/08 but than it became Monday. Monday they said invent that the BTC were not good better USDT after that they invent that they couldn’t send on Binance but only on crypto. Today they told me that they did the withdrawal money disappeared from my account but when I contact Crypto.com they confirmed that there were no transactions on the ERC20. They don’t answer and they invent only words to not pay you. They are the most incompetent scam.

What they just reply is not true. I have contact support and they have done nothing just inventing more excuses if my problem it really matters to you all you have to do is sent the money to the account I have set up for my withdrawal and not a fake account from which those money already disappear because its balance is less than you transfer. Again massive scam avoid it

SCAM. BE AWARE STAY AWAY.

I personally invested money here and it turned out like they are a huge scam and they have many other platforms like, Emgprime,Myinves, Phoenixtb, Granimator, Swiss etc. Be aware before puting your personal information on it and never fall-in to it. I did inform and alarmet the Polis department and some other Authorities too.
Secondly do not even try to trust any reclaim agencies or any kind of investigators just to hopping to get your money back. Because you won't. Everything is related with another one.

I have been reading some positive reviews about Phoenix here but those who has been writing positive reviews has some how relation with the platform, I gues. And I notice that PnoenixTB now begin to leave apologies notes to reviews just to be seemed to show like they care and they are real. They are not, cause it is another trick they try here.

On their website, at the bottom of the page, they have MSI certificate. I have been now investigated about the MSI-commission that PhoenixTB has certification! Even MSI is a huge scam.

See the below! They now have replied exactly the same comments as they have been doing for negative reviews owners. Even though I have requested, two monts ago to transfer my money back to my bank account, have not received it yet.

Its all a big scam.
Very aggresive people that continu calling 20 times a day always with other phone numbers. They have more platforms like, emgprime,myinves, phoenixbt, granimator. Be aware before puting youre personal information on it

i have registered but did not put money on the account and now i am called every day to invest even thought i have told them several that i am not interested.
recommend not to do anything with them.
you will be called 4 5 times a with marketing tactics
