NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE
They do not have a customer service department so you are out of luck if something goes wrong. I received the incorrect color and they basically did nothing, said too bad you opened the shipping box - yes the shipping box !!! So we can’t help you. I said how am I to know you sent the wrong color ? Any way they then ignored my emails after telling me to order again. NEVER AGAIN…Poor customer service gets you nowhere.

Worst experience with phoeracosmetics.com website.

I would advise anyone ordering from this website to think twice. We have ordered three weeks ago. After speaking to the customer support who promised us a 7 day, no issue delivery, we still have not received our package. (Funny enough, before we ordered and paid, we got great responses from the customer support email advertised on their website, however, once we made payment, that all changed.)
The customer support does not get back to you or offer any support at all. They only send you your tracking number and that's it. It's beginning to look like a scam. Very very unhappy with the service so far and urge other people to please be careful.
