I bought a refurbished unlocked IPhone 6s from them, first of all it took longer then it should to arrive, when it did, the colour was wrong (which wouldn’t be a problem at first), the phone wasn’t unlocked and the speakers were faulty, now two weeks later the screen is displaying some glitches.

I tried to contact them via phone and email when I noticed it wasn’t unlocked, didn’t get an answer, tried to contact them again about the screen and got nothing again! This is almost a scam!

They claim to have a “28 point check” and 18 technicians working for them, to make sure the phones are in good condition, if this is true I can’t see how they can deliver such faulty phones

I bet the reviews they have on their site are fake. This is a shady company, don’t buy from them!

Absolutely fabulous, the item spec and condition was exactly as described. It came well packaged in great condition. I had to communicate with the company direct as i chased my order, the chap i spoke to was super helpful. He came back to me within 30 minutes with a full update on the phone ETA.
Seriously recommend and will be back for any future items needs. 10*

I have had several issues with the iPhone 6 i bought for my daughter from this company and their customer service is shocking.
Firstly the phone was not delivered on time, well over a week late after being promised next day delivery. This could well be a fault with royal mail so we will give phone exchange the benefit of doubt on this first issue.
Second issue, the front camera on the was not working. Cannot contact the company on the phone number listed at the time on the website, tried to mobile number that he phoned me on when I put my details on the website when thinking about purchasing the phone (how I wish now i trusted my instincts and didn't go through with the purchase!) again nothing. I tried texting and emailing and eventually got a text back from James saying he would email me to sort out the issue. I heard nothing. Then a couple of weeks later the screen went black and fuzzy and stopped working. Again i contacted James and i am still waiting for a reply. This last email was sent on the 15th Oct. I even issued him with letter to complain about faulty goods as under the consumer rights act 2015 he is in breech of contract. I gave him 14 days to rectify the faults and as mentioned I am still waiting,

I have taken a while to write this review as I was giving this company chance to rectify the issues I have has but to no avail.
I urge people to carefully reconsider about using this company and as per the previous review I am doubtful about the authenticity of some of the reviews.

BEWARE!! This is company. Take your money and don’t deliver the phone. Called twice told it would be posted that day. Still NO phone.. Then complain when they get 1 star on Trustpilot!!

Have a very happy daughter. Definitely recommend the ‘pristine’ iPhone 6S

Bought 2 x IPhone 6s, which are in great condition. Both had issues with batteries and sent them back returned back to me with 48 hours of me sending and work well. Even with the telephone and email issues they where having at the time still managed to communicate effectively with me would buy again

Shocking service, will not answer phone over a week late on delivery phone was not unlocked when delivered as advertised. Will not reply to my complaint. Avoid at all costs

Can’t argue with their service. Had to ask them to send it to a different address and wasn’t a problem. Got it in 2 days and couldn’t be happier!

I bought an iPhone 6s £205 two days ago and paid for next day delivery- the phone still is not here. I've been calling them since I purchased the phone and no one ever answers. Feel gutted as was a gift for my daughter for starting secondary school.
