Ordered items over two months ago. Never got them. E-mailed three times. No response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a simple shirt folder. Item came and was nowhere near what was described. You could only use products on baby's clothes. Returned product. Company DID NOT RETURN my money. Buyer beware, these people are crooks.

Lousy experience. Ordered a product and never received shipping confirmation. NO response to 3 e-mails questioning what happened. Finally had PayPal involved with a claim and got a refund after 8 weeks! Thank goodness we paid using PayPal otherwise it would have been $$ down the drain. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Item ordered from Phonebibi supposedly shipped on 8/25. On 9/20 I contacted the company via their web site. On 9/21 I received an acknowledgement off my inquiry & nothing since. On 9/26 I filed a dispute with PayPal. I will see where it goes from here.

After more than 2 months of waiting, my two little trucks appeared in the mailbox. Long delay from email annoucing that they had been shipped. Package was postmarked Singapore. No response to email to customer service. Won't order from them again!

Ordered and paid for two sticky pads which I never received. Attempts to email the company went unanswered. Buyer beware! This is a shady company.

Update: on 10/10/17 I finally received my items which I ordered on 8/25/17. I can't give a better rating as the retailer did little to help resolve this issue.

Company dissolved 19 September 2017. He/it takes your money and then nada! Complete rip-off. I ordered an item on 13 August. Chased them on 6 September and 25th September and not heard anything. Have to accept now that I was robbed!!

Ordered a product that was only slightly less expensive than other sites that I have used and trusted. My mistake!! Product has yet you come despite an email saying it was shipped over 2 weeks ago. MULTIPLE EMAILS go unanswered. These lucky guys always seem to "outside of working hours" so emails will be responded tonin 24 hours. NOT TRUE! Hopefully paypal will help to resolve this issue.

I bought rollers that are supposed to camoflage your address on items you are discarding. They are made cheaply and don't work very good. I have asked the company several times to let me return them and they will not respond to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered, and paid on 7/31/17. I have not received my product and have sent multiple requests to be contacted by both email and facebook and have had no response. They took my money and refuse to send my product. They have ripped me off. DO NOT order from them!

same problem as all other reviewers. Ordered something 2 months ago and it hasn't arrived. attempts to contact Phonebibi have been ignored. these people need to be reported to the police and consumers act.

Ordered a freaking $20 phone accessory almost 3 months ago. No one will respond to any contact and no phone number exists. This company stole my money.

Shocking. Placed order weeks ago and it didn’t arrive. They ignored my emails until I asked PayPal to intervene. Once they did, I notice that these shonks sent the item the very same day. Pays to use PayPal for protection from companies like these. Will never buy from them again.

I didn't even want to give 1 star. Just like everyone else I bought items and over a month later still no package. Luckily I used Paypal and can hopefully get my money returned. This company sucks and is a total scam!

Ordered my product a month ago! Still waiting! Never had to wait so long for an order ever! Very disappointed! Never again phonebibi! Its now November 27th. I ordered sept 2. Still no order. No messeges returned whatsoever. Contact paypal for an investigation into reimbursement.

I bought two of the same items from the site, both were of poor quality for the price and both faulty. I contacted them to return the products. I received an auto response email and I've not heard anything back now for two weeks. I've just sent another mail prompting them to respond. I don't expect to hear anything back :(

One star is a high rating. It should be half a star or no star. I've waited a month for my little order.
