Scammers, the purchased goods did not arrive. I have been asking for the goods to be delivered for six months without any results, and finally, no response... the goods were purchased for 800 DKK! I warn against this company from Hong Kong.

A wrong product was delivered: it was of course no original cover as described but only a low-grade version (for 40 Euro), additionally totally wrong colour.
I wrote emails over three months asking again and again for replacement or roll-back but got only the runaround by meaningless AI generated replies.
So, you shouldn't even think about to wast your money here!

I ordered and paid AUD$161.09 on 19/05/2025 for a "Plantronics Voyager Edge Model 3200" Bluetooth headset.

After a Month… I received a faulty "Jabra Stealth" unit ???

Not only is it completely the wrong item, but it is faulty and has been used. It has dirty ear wax on it, and inside the ear insert 😖😖

I have since read hundreds of reviews about “Phone Case Wiz” all stating the receipt of wrong, faulty and used items…. and often no item at all.

Do your research consumers ! Wish I had !!

I was sent the wrong colour phone case. I'd used their site for a specific colour that I couldn't source, even though it was more expensive than the black one. They sent me the black one and despite 6 months of emails never sent a replacement. I'm not even certain of the authenticity of the wrong one that they sent me anyway. Avoid. I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand, but I was just glad to source the colour I wanted.

Worst experience ever: First, the wrong product was delivered—an ugly cheap plastic doll for CHF 65.00. The product was entirely different from what was visually and verbally portrayed on their website. The advertised item was a battery-operated Squid Game figure as an alarm clock. I contacted the customer service and they told me that a refund would only be possible if I returned the product at my own expense (which would cost me CHF 45.00 from Switzerland, making it not worth it). However, they assured me that they would send the correct product.

I’ve been waiting for over two months, and the new delivery still hasn’t arrived. Every time I reach out, they just stall. My request for a refund of CHF 65.00 is completely ignored.

I find this absolutely outrageous, completely unacceptable, and incredibly unprofessional. Do not order from this platform under any circumstances!

they've send cheap no name china stuff which costs few €uro..
fault by this company, they're FRAUT.
u have to sent unit back to get money back, since 3 month no unit, no money....

Whay you buy is not what you receive. This is what happens with this website, and Moonwalkbaby is the same shop so be careful.
I ordered and pay a Funko plush and I received after paying about 20€ a fake aliexpress plush of 5$.
Keep on waiting the original one or the refund of my money since December 24.

Do not buy from them unless you have too much money to waste. Took over a month to deliver just from Hong Kong to Australia. Communication is rubbish. Order Samsung Bluetooth earphones and they send you Jabra Talk 5. Paid $60+ for it and sent me a $30 job and waited over a month. What a rip off.

Sent cheap fake phone case which took ages to arrive. I paid a premium for a genuine case as advertised by phone case wiz. Don't waist your time or money.

If I could give a zero I would. (Wish it had occurred to me to check Trustpilot first - stupid me). Ordered a Griffin Survivor All Terrain case for an iPhone on Jan 18, waited until Feb 4 for it to arrive only to find they had sent a black Otterbox (not even sure it's legit, looks fake). So began the email warfare - their 'customer service' picks and chooses which questions they will respond to, and sometimes ignores them completely. I think they hope you give up and go away. Promised to send me the correct case, but ignored questions as to whether they actually had in stock in their warehouse. I was chasing shipping/tracking information daily: the original order had this to me within an hour or two but days later, the 'replacement' still hadn't been shipped and info provided. When I said they were avoiding direct questions, and if they couldn't send me the case they'd advertised, that I wanted a refund, they tried to tell me I had to pay to return the case first. I explained this was actually illegal and a breach of Australian consumer law and I'd be contacting my bank to reverse the charge as it was fraudulent activity. I asked to escalate the matter to a senior business representative - preferably the owner. With no further correspondence received from them, I have noticed a refund to my credit card this morning. Seeing the case was a gift, I would still have rather received the case I wanted, but suppose I should be grateful to not be out of pocket. Painful reminder to check first!

EDIT: I'm not sure if there are two Phone Case Wiz's out there or the US address is a 'front', but the company I dealt with were in Hong Kong (and shipped from there).

Ordered a case for my samsung, june 2024, ordered blue, they sent white, the very colour i didn't want, after several messages i was told it would be replaced, still waiting, i would have rather given the money to charity. Very poor indeed.

They sent me a fake substandard product not what I ordered not what was on their website.
They have yet to issue a refund several exchanges later.

Ordered an iPhone 13 mini Leather case but when it arrived it was fake. The Apple logo is in the wrong position on the back and it feels cheap. 100 % Scam.

I order 3 Bluetooth devices from last 51 days and still not yet received always they want send me wrong information today i ask about the refund. I received reply from there sorry we can only resend, so means again we need to wait more then 2 months
