AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
First of all I was contacted by this company on what appeared to be a London, England, phone number, 020 4586 3095.
After a rather disjointed series of disconnected/reconnected calls I became suspicious, so said I would continue with the order if what I'm being told is I don't send payment until I receive phone and chip.
The first call centre 'helper' said that was correct.
The second one confirmed no money was expected until I was happy with the device.
The third one started off saying the same as the previous two, so I had to be concise:- "Will you want money from me today, seeing as you are expecting me to send you all my personal and financial details?"
The response was a rather deflated "No, not until you say you want the phone".
Which, finally, was the truth. (Nearly 3 hours after they initially made contact with me!)
The fact is, based on that experience and the reviews I've read here and another review site, Google, I have to say stay away from this sham company.
You'll get a call from a UK number.
But, the company is based in Spain.
The call centre is in down town Mumbai.
The phones they send out are ones originally for the Chinese market.
And they seem to be posted out from a 'service centre' somewhere in France.
I couldn't find out where because the return address for broken or unwanted phones, which the customer is expected to pay shipping and insurance for, is a French Post Office Box.
Do I have to say any more?

This is the world worst company. I trusted this website and I placed an inquiry about iPhone16 pro Max 512 GB in black colour and as soon as I submitted my request I got a call from them within a few hours and they completed my process and they said that my phone will be delivered within the next three days because of the weekend otherwise it’s next day policy to deliver the phone, I was supposed to receive iPhone 16 pro Max But I received Google pixel nine on the delivery day and when I had a talk with the customer care of the website they said that they are looking forward into the situation that how the order was misplaced and arguing with them the whole day they told me that they will give me my phone on the same day anyhow in the evening and in the evening when I called them to ask what was the update they said that they won’t be able to send the phone but they will send it the next day and after that they were not receiving my phones and they had also taken some of the money which they said that they were written in the next few days, but I’m not sure that whether they will come or not but what? Whatever I have experienced till now I surely think that this is a scam and they are just trying to take the money out because when I was looking at the reviews. I saw that the people has written that these is a very fake company because they give wrong devices on the first delivery and then they ask us to return that and give us give them the receipt for two as well and then they assured us that we will receive the offer cost and the post money which we have paid for returning the device, but I haven’t heard of this till now I would surely suggest not to trust this website and never think of buying a phone from here.

Después de 6 meses, decenas de correos electrónicos con un vendedor de Hong Konng (que no solucionó nada), sigo teniendo una cámara que no funciona y Phone House se ha desentendido completamente del asunto. Iban en copia de todos los correos. No atienden peticiones ni reclamaciones. No existe atención al cliente. Todo es un entramado de escritos condenados al fracaso.
Me quedé sin cámara y sin dinero.

Very very bad. Bought an iPhone from the Javea branch. Was not working. Spent an hour trying to explain to the shop assistant the problem. She said tough. You bought it and we won’t exchange or give your money back. The phone won’t switch on and is broken. I will never buy from them again

If I could give phonehouse.es ZERO I would.
I purchased a IPHONE 11 pro from the last July 2022, I dropped my phone smashed the back and contacted APPLE to repair it, after 3 hours of been sent from consultant to consultant my call was sent to a senior consultant DAVID, he told me this phone is a FRAUD phone and should not be in service.
and should never have been sold, it did not originate in SPAIN where i bought it, IF PHONEHOUSE were professional they would have checked this before selling it, APPLE will not support my phone and told me to contact phonehouse.
PHONEHOUSE are not interested and poor service.
BOUGHT online but shops are not interested.
BUYER beware.
UPDATE: 3 days later a typical and non helpful scripted spam response where they say send it to our technicians. I hope you go out of business.
UPDATE 2: Still trying to get blood out of a stone, they want to repair it, How can you repair a stolen phone!
UPDATE 4: They want my phone upto 30 days to REPAIR IT.
How can you repair a phone that should not have been sold FRAUDSTERS, I will never EVER trust them.

Phone house purchaseAfter placing order for galaxy s21…
After placing order for galaxy s21 plus, had to wait nearly 4 weeks for delivery from Singapore the Reason being that phone House had sub contracted the purchase to another company.
When the phone arrived the default setting was Chinese making it impossible to set the phone up until I located someone who understood Chinese.
When finally got phone set up it constantly crashed, the advice given was to reset the phone to factory default which took the phone back to Chinese. I then advised them
I no longer wanted to have these problems with a new phone and wished to return it,
At which point they a advised they could fix it, and I only had to send the phone to another company in France to repair it ,postage and insurance at my expense. This I refused to do and demanded a full refund as it was within the 30 day period. They reluctantly agreed as long as I returned the phone, again to another company in France, but I had to bear the cost of post packing and insurance.
So after initial order, 6 weeks had past,of not being able to use the phone I received the return of the phone costs, but cost me €20 to return it,
UPDATE. Following this review, phone house contacted me to resolve the matter, gave me a link to follow, which does not work, so I sent a message via their website, which may have gone to a different company that initially sold the phone, I informed them again of the cost to me of them sending an unusable phone, to which the reply was the stock reply we refer you to the terms and conditions, buyer pays for all insurance and returns.
Complete waste of time, dont bother buying from phone house.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience, ordered a fitbit watch with a delivery date of 22,11,2022 which was 3 days later . Paid for the watch then got an email of the shop who was sending it saying delivery date 27,12,2022. Contacted phonehouse.es and kept getting a reply of (please contact seller) . The watch was a birthday present but now will be a late xmass present. Avoid this company at all costs !!!
They have now responded with an email saying they want to help, I have emailed phonehose 5 time and all I get is contact the supplier absolutely useless.
Received the watch on 7/12/22. Watch screen froze on 13/12/22 no amount of resetting has helped. Have contacted seller (phonehouse.es) and supplier (no idea). Will let you guys know on response.

They have been sending to my email…
They have been sending to my email promotions when I pay for it goods never arrived.
When I informed them that I will make a police complain they said they will return the money.
I bought goods on 25th August 2021 for about 2,000€ and still waiting for the goods and refund which has not yet come today is September 7, 2021.
Finally today They refunded the money.
If they don't have the product why they send offers.
If the stock is finished why they accept new offers

Gone to Phone House with a less than one year old Samsung Galaxy phone. “Did you buy it here?”, “No, that was not possible as you were closed last year because of Covid.” “OK, minimum repair price is 50 euro.” So we went to a local all brands repair shop that made it work within three minutes for free. Phony house sounds better.

Phonehouse don't bother
Don't bother this company is a joke and their return policy for faulty goods is awfull. Took a phone after one day with a fault making it unusable ( no sound ) and after half an hour of testing and a factory reset still nothing. And they say the policy is to send it back for testing no option to replace it with a new phone of the make /model. Crazy I will never use them again.

I would give it zero stars if it was possible. My phone had a problem with charging so we went to buy a wireless charger from an unfriendly and impolite lady. Anyway took it home and discovered it was not working so next day my husband and son took it back to the shop to ask for another one but no we were told that we had a problem with all 3 of our phones!! Same lady, same impoliteness! No new charger, no refund, no offer of another type and no help whatsoever. Get a job you are happy in!!!

Ya que tampoco te informan de un nuevo plazo, a parte como vendes in stock sin previamente informarlo, como hacen otras plataformas como Amazon, PComponentes .... NO ES JUSTIFICABLE existen referentes tecnológicos para que no puedas compras sin stock y menos sin avisar.
