I ordered the wrong item on eBay. Totally my mistake by not reading the listing properly. They are willing to exchange no problem. Very grateful

The product was only sent on the last day it was supposed to arrive and will therefore be very late. I paid extra for express shipping which was a waste of time due to poor performance from the sender. A product that I needed for a holiday will now arrive while I am already there and may even get sent back because I won't be home to receive it. This is probably no great loss since I will probably have to buy another computer before I leave anyway.

Ordered Acer Aspire 7 laptop. Company Website was easy to use and find product wanted. Price was the second best I could find for product but ended up buying via their eBay site using a 10% off eBay voucher and free pick up at local Woolworths in Western Australia, which made it the cheapest option. Arrived packed well and have had no problems. Works fantastic. Has a better graphics chip (1050TI vs 1050), screen (IPS) and wifi chip speed (620 vs 320mps) than a similar Acer Nitro with same CPU, RAM and memory setup (SSD & HDD) at Harvey Norman that costs $200 more. Looks great, much more professional than a gaming looking machine. Delivery was 2 days after advised latest date for delivery (13 days in total - 9 working days), which was a bit disappointing as needed to resechedule a trip between the latest expected date and actual delivery date.

Very quick to respond with service. The outcome was excellent.

After purchasing $170 item on Ebay on the 11th, the seller's auto-reply-email set-up hilariously sent me an email with a notification from Paypal to the seller at the bottom, advising seller that Paypal would not release the funds from my sale until the item was received and there were no issues with the transaction...Very confidence-inspiring in the seller!!! Not. Needless to say, the item that was sold to me was not in stock [unforeseen circumstances apparently] and was 'expected' back in stock some 9 days after it was sold to me. Waited until delivery date ran out on the 18th, raised case on Ebay, got my refund and left a [very rare, 4th or 5th in 1392+ purchases] negative 1 star review for seller, for wasting my time and lying to me. Even more hilariously, AFTER I did all of this, seller sends email advising they had to 'cancel the transaction due to no stock.' REALLY?!! No champ, you had a case raised against you, and got a negative review for your lies. Avoid.

***UPDATE after further comical response [below] from seller: 1/ At the first sign of scam [Ebay doesn't operate on 'in stock' or or 'not in stock' basis - if you list something for sale, you are stating you have the item to sell, if you don't have it to sell, it's a fraudulent listing] from seller, I of course purchased the item elsewhere and just waited until timeframe on Ebay allowed me to raise a case - to highlight further appalling selling practices of seller, clearly already having issues based on my inadvertently receiving Ebay's instructions to Paypal to withold paying seller until I received item, this is NOT a normal practice - and obtain refund. To try to pretend that I may be 'disappointed' or remotely interested if you ever actually have this item in stock is delusional on your part, phoneinc.com.au. 2/ I've bothered posting all of this to help others avoid distress - I've bought over one thousand three hundred and ninety two items on Ebay alone, and which is certainly not the only place that I shop online. I would consider myself maybe an experienced online shopper. For those who aren't and who may feel anxious about their purchases, firstly, avoid this seller. Secondly, if you must buy something from this seller DO NOT do so on a platform that does not have excellent 'scam detection' processes and resolutions [Ebay has very good systems to address these issues, Amazon.com.au is also not too bad] and / or DO NOT purchase anything directly with your own credit card or bank deposit - use something like Paypal, which similarly offers excellent protection for buyers, against these sort of sellers. In my experience anyway! Merry Christmas people and a happy and safe online shopping experience :-)

Purchased and paid two computers on their eBay store (for over $2,000) then received an email message demanding double than what I paid for
