Took money for stock they did not have. No communication. When i enquired they told me items would be dispatched next day. Then after having to enquire again, advised the items were not available.
Im pretty sure charging for goods or service you cant deliver is against trade practice law.

Refunds ridecously slow
Company happy to quickly process purchase but not so quick to process a return for a faulty item - took 3 months of emails and phone calls before refund for an item that didn't work was refunded. Only got a refund after a phone call to a receptionist who couldn't put me through to someone in charge. Hard to believe it could take so long when manufacturer confirmed via email (included with returned item) that a DOA could be claimed. No responses to messages sent via their internet messaging service meant I had to use telephone to get responses. Not happy!

We are sorry the return has taken a while. As advised it needed manufacturer's inspection and approval for the DOA claim. We have no control of the process as advise it will take 3-4 weeks. We are happy that it was completed within those time frame, especially during the busy Christmas period. We understand it is a process the manufacturer needs to improve and have passed the feedback to the manufacturer.
