This company is clearly a scam. I bought a phone from them which kept shutting off and they sent me a replacement which wouldn’t work either. Now they are not replying to my emails. I will now have to pursue them legally. Avoid at all costs!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I bought a refurbished phone on February 22nd. The phone is not working - it keeps shutting down. I requested a return on the 24th. I have sent emails, texts, phoned (their main number does not work but I did find a mobile and the person who answered said someone would call me back) and submitted a contact request several times online. I have been completely ignored. I have now had to escalate a case to PayPal to try to get my money back. 500 euros worth. Avoid these sellers at all costs!

Daughter is disappointed because the battery health is 90% and condition is suppose to be excellent and no free cover included, all other phones we brought from phonely (4 at this stage) always had a free starter case.
Delivery as always is quick and efficient.

My daughter purchased the iPhone 12. The phone itself is in excellent condition. It came with a screen protector. It takes an eternity to charge with the charger that came with.
My eldest daughter purchased a phone from you over two years ago it came with a screen protector and case. I had to buy a new charger straight away.
Is there a problem with the charger provided? Disappointed as it was expensive and my daughter saved up every penny to buy it.

Con: Delivery took longer than suggested. Ordered Saturday afternoon, arrived Wednesday. No dispatch confirmation received. No response to email enquiry, not answering the phone - began to feel a bit iffy at that point.
The phone itself had some scratches around the bezel, visible from >30cm distance, so not strictly 'Excellent' grade as per the description, but close enough

Order a iPhone xr and 2 days later it arrived with a nice we present of front protector and case.
