Recently I have a problem regarding deletion of auto pay for JioHotstar.Confusion developed in this regard.I informed my problem in phonepe customer support service.In reasonable time, official from concern service helped me what to do to delete auto pay.I am thankful to them.

PhonePe's service is useless. It's a frustrating experience to use.
If any transaction fails through PhonePe, it's extremely difficult to get in touch with them. They simply tell you to raise a ticket, which feels pointless & After that they just Vanish our Tickets without Resolve our Issue!

There's also no proper customer care email address available or neither phone call service where there exexutive will attend the call and give answer ..

Disappointed with Niva Bupa Service via PhonePe

I had taken a family health insurance policy from Niva Bupa through the PhonePe app, valid till 30-06-2025. The initial 6 months went smoothly, but after that, everything became a hassle. The auto-pay option suddenly stopped working, and I had to call customer service every month just to get a payment link. Their response was slow and careless each time.

Now, when I try to renew the policy, I get an error saying “Something went wrong, please try again later.” I contacted customer care and raised a ticket. First, they asked me to wait 9 days, then 4 more, and now it’s been 28 days — still no resolution.

Very poor customer support, no proper communication, and no urgency to solve critical issues related to health insurance. I expected better from a reputed insurer. Totally disappointed.

Tried to pay ₹2000 via PhonePe – transaction failed but money was deducted. I raised Ticket No. 471286356, but still no response or refund. Extremely poor customer support.

If there was an option to give 0 or even -10 stars, I would have given that. Very disappointed. Will escalate to RBI/NPCI if not resolved soon.

Phone pe company making fool of people they mislead the customer and their associates mis lead the customer.
There is an associate name Ayush vats he sold me the sound box by saying u have an offer for rs 199 and you don't have to pay anything after this. I found the deal interesting do I paid the amount and got the sound box but from the very first day this box is nothing just a useless speaker which gives no voice notification and when I contacted the customer care they said you have to pay Rs 25 per month for sound notification.
This is how these people cheat....... Wonderful corporates

Worst payment app ever they randomly transfers the money to another account. I did 2 transactions using the same mobile number to transfer the amount out of which the first transaction was credited to the right account while the second was credited to the wrong account. And when raised a ticket they called me and said that the transaction is successful and cannot be reversed and closed the ticket. So what is the use of having a customer support when they will keep mentioning things which is already available on the transaction page. Customer support should be able to help customers which is not available on the transaction page and on the apps screen. Phonepe is cheating people and government in the name of employment generation. In india i have heard of disguise employment in agriculture sector but with phonepe there is disguised employment in Banking sector as well.

The worst gateway i have ever used.
The dashboard does not even capture customer details.

You can keep wondering whole life who has made payment on your link.
They tempt you with zero processing fee for a month but you keep struggling whole month with their dashboard. It's better to pay 2% to other gateways and save your time and energy.

It has a bunch of fools as cutomer care employees who don't respond properly to any issues and don't give a proper reply regarding anything. We have sold the gold in it for 1 lakh, have not given us till now if we ask they say it's a technical issue, they don't find solution

Any time I make payment... Payment will stuck for 48 ... Or due to security reasons. Really bad service. Better to use Paytm or bank app... Such issue will not arise...

I am sorry was a phonepe merchent, the company is cheap and non concerned. Charges 470 rupees for pos and doesn't take concern before turning on/off the options in app. I do not recommend it to any merchant. Their agents are frauds. Told the there is a one time fees of 999 for pos and 25 rupees as monthly rentel. But then they startes putting 470 charges per month, while there website says 349 per month. Non of the money is non refundable and they also took the machines back once you withdraw their services. Stay away.

One of the worst Payment Gateway Provider we have ever used. After all verification (Physical Verification) they activated the PG, but few days later they deactivated telling that we need proof of delivery and after sharing the proof also their support team didn't reply with proper details. And the most important part don't fall for their Zero transaction fee PG offer.

The biggest fraud company probably running in India I am a business owner and I applied for a QR code with speaker the person who came to install said that the company only charges some 300 RS for the speaker for whole time and after 25 days the company actually started to bill me again for the speaker every month please don't put their QR and speaker instead use some other company or bank

Phonepe is making customers fool. He given me reward but when I go for purchase a product and applying the phonepe reward code then the product platform said its wrong code. So nothing reward or anything from phonepe. Paytm is much better to place Phonepe because paytm given cashback points and also cashback money. phonepe is not good in my idea. I am using phonepe from years but there are not receive any cashback or other item. This is not a good platform to use.

Pahtheic service , phone pay staff was continuously visiting till the time machine was bought, after that they are just not ready to help, useless service, please never purchase their swipe machine
