They diagnosed it in under 48 hours, explained the proablem, and offered a fixed quote. what surprised me was their focus on data privacy, advising me to back up eveerything first. I felt super comfy leaving my device with them.

My wife had her iPhone 13 repaired here in June with a replacement screen. Since then, we've noticed some glitches and the phone heating up more than usual. We were able to live with the problems as the glitches only appeared periodically and the phone was usable most of the time. This was until last week, when it became practically unusable. I suppose it was a loose connection that got worse over time.

When we returned to the shop to inquire about the 2-year warranty, the guy questioned why we hadn't come back sooner. He also mentioned that it looked like the screen was "broken from the inside," though we're not sure how that could happen. Now we're faced with the possibility of having to pay for another new screen.

Given our experience, I'm puzzled by the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Just something to consider if you're thinking about using their services.
