Second time ive purchased hence the 5 🌟

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro advertised as being in excellent condition. Upon receiving the device, the cosmetic condition appeared acceptable; however, I immediately began experiencing significant software and functionality issues.

The phone was updated to the latest iOS version, and I restored my data from an iCloud backup. Despite this, I noticed that the lock screen would frequently become unresponsive to touch. At times it would work normally, while at other times it would completely freeze. This occurred at least four times per day, and often more frequently. Each time the screen froze, I was forced to perform a hard restart to regain access to the device.

Unfortunately, I had to travel shortly after receiving the phone and relied on it during my trip. The faults caused considerable disruption and inconvenience. For example:

* When boarding my flight, my boarding pass would not display because the phone became unresponsive, resulting in me being removed from the queue and having to rejoin later.
* Apple Wallet frequently failed to respond when attempting to make purchases in shops.
* The screen often struggled to adjust properly to daylight conditions, making it difficult to use outdoors.

Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I purchased a device described as being in very good condition, but instead received a phone with serious usability issues that affected essential everyday functions.
Customer service responded promptly- Device is returned.

I received my refurbished iPhone but there was a problem which I reported , It was collected next day and delivered back after 5 days working perfectly

I ordered a new iPhone on a Bank Holiday Saturday, I understood you don’t post weekend or Bank Holidays but I didn’t receive my new phone until the following Thursday and I was not happy.

Service was efficient and as the website says there was no quibbling about returns. But on both iPhone 14 Pro handsets they sent (a phone you buy for its camera) one of the camera lenses was damaged. If it had just been one I wouldn’t have criticised but two out of two may suggest a quality control problem. I also think the second handset (ignoring the scratched lens) was in “good” condition not “very good” as advertised.
