Phonesrefurb 

I recieved a chinese version of the OnePlus13 with a global ROM which means you cannot update anything on the phone without knowing how to flash update on a computer and multiple features on the phone do not work.

Apparently this is written in the small print of the website therefore I take responsibility for not reading enough into this.

Because of this I decided to return the phone (within the 14 day return period)... Firstly the phone number on the website does not work. So I resorted to email and to which the company took days to respond. Eventually, after a very lengthy and difficult process I managed to confirm my return.

They firstly tried telling me that unless something was wrong with the phone, they wouldnt accept a return. You couldn't just change your mind... Then after showing them their own return policy they accepted.

They charged me £30 up front so that they could send me the returns label... They then told me to sign something which stated they would take a 10% restocking fee (my £500 phone was now going to return £400 after all fees)... And also which stated that if any seal on the phone or box was broken that they would take another "25% and 50% fee" which i took to mean that if the box was opened they would take a further 75% of my refund amount.

After protesting this over live chat, I was reassured that this is only on new products and that the broken seal fee wouldnt apply to me. I therefore sent the phone back.

I was emailed and told that they had recieved the phone and the refund would take between 14-21 days to process and so I should not contact them until that time had passed.

21 days later I reached out because I hadn't recieved my refund... I got no response.

I have since reached out to 3 different emails on more occassions that I can even count. I have tried via the contact form on the website, I have tried calling but the phone number is still not in use.

It has now been over 6 weeks since the company emailed me confirming that they had recieved my return and that my refund would be processed withing 14-21 days.

I have no phone and I am currently down £530. (£500 for the phone plus £30 for the return) and not one single person at the company seems even slightly interested in trying to help me rectify this. I have emailed countless times and the only thing I have heard back was sombody telling me they would follow it up and get back to me the next day... That was nearly 2 weeks ago. I have had radio silence since.

Fr9m my experience... The company seem to be using some very questionable methods and have very little morals. It is the worst customer service I have ever recieved.

Save your money and shop elsewhere. If this problem is ever rectified I will update this review but right now I can't even get a hello from them, nevermind my refund.

UPDATE: I have now had a response via email "There is no news at this time, we will be in touch in 10 business days. You can proceed with filing a complaint with small claims court or by contacting Cirizens Advice for assistance".

They are scammers.

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24 from Phonesrefurb and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a really good experience. The phone came quicker than I thought and looked way better than “refurbished” usually means. A small mark on the side but nothing serious. Battery’s solid and everything works smoothly. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. I’d use them again.

First Device Delivered was locked. Replacement device took ages to arrive. Ordered on the the 18th of October, received a working device on the 11th of November. Although the device was a good price, is it worth the hassle of returns and a huge back and forth over email?

Fantastic Phone !!. It took longer then I thought to arrive about three weeks but it was worth every penny!!. In the box when it arrived there was only the brand new phone and the paper work that was it . Very happy with my purchase, the cheapest I could find , so happy 😁😊. I purchased a Asus Xbox ally x which was meant to arrive on November 3rd to the 8th. This is now the 12th of November and still hasn't arrived.
The tracking just says please wait patiently in transit and has been this way since the 6th, with no information on who the courier company is.
Phonesrefurb does not answer emails and the number does not work as many people have said on this site.
I would not use this company again and would definitely WARN ANYBODY THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY TO THINK AGAIN.
Luckily I paid with credit card so I'm going to go my bank so they can reclaim the money.
You never know this review could change but I don't hold up much hope.
UPDATE
After eventually getting a reply via email and at their request I gave them an extra nine days to deliver my device. It's still did not arrive.
After getting the whole purchase cancelled I was then told I would get a refund within seven days, we are now at about day 14 and still no refund. They have once again gone radio silent when it comes to emails.
They are very fast at taking your money and in my ongoing experience they certainly don't want to give it back. BE WARNED

Delivery time was accurate. I ordered a 15 pro max, and the battery health was at 99% when it arrived. Overall a great experience, and fair pricing. I will use them again in the future when I have needs.

When my old phone broke i had to find an affordable new one. I found Phonesrefurb and ordered a new phone. It arrived quickly and packaged safe. The phone works perfectly and i have yet to find anything wrong with it. I will be ordering my next phone from here as well!

I recieved the wrong color of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. I ordered white and got gray. And the import costs made the Buds 3 Pro almost as expensive as new ones.

Samsung Galaxy purchase went smoothly. The phone runs fast, battery life is strong, condition looks great, and the price was really good. I will shop here again soon.
