Scam scam scam.
The cost to unlock my phone was £23.99 paid the money and then you get another charge £30 to unlock which I’m not paying.

first u pay a low charge to check eligibility
then the unlock charge is a lot higher and u only find out there's a second charge only once u paid the initial one.

Advertising a $24 to unlock and then being told to do an additional payment of over $50 to complete the transaction is false advertising. No one reads T&C's before proceeding with an order it is done whilst proceeding with the order and this is totally misleading and effectively lying. What makes your process even worse is that most people have the unlocking code which does not cost $24 to obtain!!!
I am very unhappy and want this cost refunded immediately, this is false advertising and not what I was quoted and accepted for payment upon initiating the order - this is theft!!!

They are scammers. I lost $104.99 trying to unlock my phone. No refund.

Scamers. They offer you a price to pay for it and after they reply that the $24 initial price that you already paid is just to scan checking, if you want to unlock now they asking me extra £40. Be carefull, don’t use this sevice

Claim the process is simple but it isn't and then when the support service is asked for assistance, the response is to push the blame back on customers. Do not trust this company.

Unlocked a contract locked Galaxy Z Flip 4. It took a while, but it worked out.

I was skeptical at first but the support team made me feel at ease.
It's a 2 step process and I was able to get my phone unlocked in under 2 days. I would recommend to anyone to use this service if you want a hassle free and seamless process.

Their advertisement and website says it will unlock for $28.99, but after you pay that it only checks for eligibility much like what others have said here. You will 100% get smacked with extra charges after ($50 for me) to unlock. They gave me a credit on my service, since I was notified I would need a technician to unlock over a program I needed to download ($182). I used that credit on another phone I had, and that's when I was hit with the $50 charge. This phone is out of warranty and for a year already, I can go to my cell phone provider and have then unlock for free...You will get prompts along the way that you "on your way to unlocking" after paying the $28.99.

It took a couple days which worried me but customer service was on top of things answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. Got my code with complete instructions and it worked out just fine. A little expensive but worth it. Ty to everyone

Very easy process very affordable did not seem to take very long yes I understand the waiting between 24 and 48 hours can be a long time but when you consider how much a new phone costs this is a very affordable alternative and these are the guys I would recommend to do it for you
