I cannot thank phone us today enough for all of their help whilst setting up my beautician business. They have done a wonderful job with getting me on the front page of google. The customer service and support has been exceptional. Highly recommended.

Used Phone Us Today for the first time last year. It worked well for us and we have just signed up for another year. They provided us with a good returning deal, and had good customer service. We hope it goes as well the second year!

took almost 4 weeks to get my website done they said 2/3 weeks for me to get on the first page of google but my website was very nice paid 2400 for 6 months only got 4 jobs

Scam. Promised the world when it came to advertising on Google. Our ad wasn’t in the top 2 searches and the areas we requested were not even featured. Not one job in 6 months. The office boy Andrew called to say our cancellation was being actioned and when we tried to provide feedback we were hung up on. Please do not use this company as they just take your money and run.

Whatever you do don’t use this company… The good reviews are fake. They are the biggest scam I’ve ever heard of, they promise the world but refuse to guarantee anything and cold call people non-stop, wouldn’t stop hassling me until I went with them. I was gullible and thought it was a good idea, we run an electrical business and have had 1 call with no leads over a 3 month period. For $250 a month I’d expect better. This company is a scam hence why they don’t allow there own reviews on Google. Someone needs to shut them down. Other trade businesses have told me this particular company is a rip off as well.

Do not engage in business with this company. Waste of money, promised top of google with call button in designated postcode. Not even on first page in some postcodes. Scam

Intentionally misleading in their sales pitch with very poor quality (although very responsive) after sales. Did not deliver any results and when confronted told me they don’t guarantee any results. No clicks and no calls.

Scoundrels and bamboozling and trickery with regards to keyword association and area do not be fooled these people just want your money no one can guarantee what they offer - storage disappeared for awhile have reopened with improved accountability in 2024

Still using these guys after 3 yrs, Iast 12 months i picked up 2 large contracts which im still working on today.keep it up, love it.

Do not waste your money with phone us today, they will promise you the world, they will say they will get you all this work and target the specific work you want, its all lies, I was with them for 6 months not one call, everything they said they would do was a lie, I tried for months to reach them and could never get a response, they just want your money and to be gone, stay away from these scammers, I dealt with George who was absolutely useless, never got back to me, sold me this idea I would be getting all this specific work I wanted with key words in google but when it came Down to it I had no key words, the guy in the office is of no help either I think he's name was jazz, whenever you need someone there out of the office on leave or whatever the excuse was, what a joke of a business

Absolute scammers. Every time I ask them to stop calling me it results in more calls. I have even spoken to supervisors and told them I don't want to be called anymore and the response was "we will continue calling. Good luck" then they hung up on me.

When I have previously asked them to stop, they spam called me 20 times in a row.

Biggest scammers around and really need to be stopped.

In their typical scammer fashion they tried to mark this review as not about them to get it removed.

Edit to address the reply: Once you are asked to stop calling that should be it, no more calls. I am not confusing you with anyone else. If you wish to verify the statements, listen to your call recordings and check your own records. I am not going to sit here and respond non-stop to you guys about this. I have taken these issues up with multiple "managers" within your company and the response is always the same "You come up under multiple areas so you will get multiple calls" or "your number is listed so we can call you".

I honestly don't get how you guys think continuously calling the same people who have asked you to stop will get you a sale, it really won't. Also, I have provided evidence to your company previously when you guys tried to call me a liar, after I read out the call details, times, dates and numbers to your "manager" the response was the same as always "we are allowed to call as much as we want".

You guys love calling your reviewers liars and trying to play off like things don't happen but the second someone provides evidence or asks you to stop it's the same line of "we can call as much as we want".

I might suggest you change your response within the next 5 business days. You have called me a liar on a public forum for something that you KNOW is a true statement. I might not be able to legally do anything about your spam calls but deformation is a BIG thing and I will HAPPILY see you in court for it.

Also, as you guys brought it up... My number IS on the DNCR, however, as your staff have said before you guys don't run numbers against that service. The fact it was on HiPages was an oversight, I have pointed out before that it's my personal mobile and been ignored.

Total crap. The only calls I’ve received are from other departments from phone us today trying to get me to “enhance my listing”

The examples they showed me on their sales calls are nothing like what I got from them.

I’m a mortgage broker and they told me it works particularly well for brokers and showed me examples - it was total rubbish. Nothing at all like what I received from them. (Your listing on Google will read “phoneustoday.etc etc not your name or details)

Definitely not worth the money.

These guys are the biggest scammers out, only want your money then leave you out to dry. They write there own reviews cause all they are getting back are very poor reviews from real customers. If I could give no star for the rating Thats all they’ll be getting from me. The same guy I dealt with was, sales, customer service and the “big boss”. Make sure you have a signed contract and that all phone calls with them are recorded f it’s recorded only from your end. Scammers, your day will come!!!
