Made an order on a phone that was 30% cheaper than any where else and was weary of the legitimateness but surely enough order Thursday evening got Tuesday afternoon. Not much to say good prices decent delivery time

Fantastic service from Phone warehouse, ordered my item on Monday 6th December, and it arrived Thurs 9th , despite the 2 day impact from Storm Barra. The Phone is in perfect condition and the service from Vanessa 2nd to none.

Wanted to buy a new iPhone in the Black Friday sale and found contradictory pricing and poor customer support from my own mobile service provider. Contacted Phonewarehouse who were clear, professional and beat all competition on price. Their representative (Jason I think) was really helpful and the phone arrived in the post the following day. Well done for your excellent service and human touch. You certainly get my recommendation.

I lost my phone and needed to replace it ASAP so I tried to order a new one off Phone Warehouse but my bank couldn’t double authenticate the purchase without my old phone so I had to abandon my cart. (*queue sad music*)

BUT THEN! I received an email from Martina (absolute legend) who asked if I was still interested in purchasing the phone, to which I responded yes but explained my situation. She let me know that if I was able to call her and buy the phone ‘over the phone’ that I wouldn’t have the same problem and sure enough she was right!

Not only was her online service AMAZING! She HAND DELIVERED MY PHONE! And only a day later as well! That’s some A level customer service right there.

The phone is perfect and well priced. But the main reason for the five stars is the customer service they provide at carphone warehouse. It is superb! They have a new customer in me because of that.

Love my new Samsung A72. Martinas customer care is second to none! Really nice business to deal with, using a personal touch. Contact them for advice. I will recommend them to others and definately use Phone Warehouse again. Other Irish companies could learn alot from their customer care!! 😀

I ordered a galaxy a51 from phone warehouse in Blue, they rang later to say they had not got it in blue so I picked another colour, I thought this is very good service, the phone was delivered very quickly. It's great to have a phone number to contact them. I would definitely recommend them for phone purchases.
