Fake . Fraud . Received bad product.

Ordered flowers on 13th Feb and they still haven't delivered.
They emailed me saying they will try to deliver it the following day which never happened.

Tried to contact their customer service via the provided phone number and no one answers the calls.

Complete rubbish and worst online shopping experience. Please stay away from Phoolwala.com and shop elsewhere.

Here I am providing with an Honest review to Phoolwada
After placing an order on online phoolwada failed to deliver the flower gift.
Initial email saying they delivered the gift, but it was not delivered, and only after my inquiry I found out they never delivered the gift.

Customer services said they attempt to delivery but there was no such address and provided phone number never work. What an excuse by Thief.

Despite having sender and receiver phone number they never attempted to make a phone call, nor providing me with evidence that they attempted to deliver.
Refusing a refund, is they priority in main list of wording, this according to many reviews on other websites.
It is about time for company like you to change dirty Technics and provide honest a very good customers service. I will get my refund, but you will be left with bitter attentions to other buyers online.

Garbage needs 0*....trustpilot should allow such rating for frauds and cheats. Order set of 4 flower pots from UK to be delivered to Navi Mumbai. The frauds took money, did not deliver anything, and lowlifes do not answer to whatsapp messages, phone calls or emails. No chance of getting money back. Avoid....and do not fall into the trap. There are many other gift/flower websites which can beat this incompetent/indifferent company by miles in their customer service.

THIEVES, CHEATS AND CROOKS! DONT USE THEIR SERVICES. I placed an order on the 3rd of May because they advertised that it will be delivered on the 4th. All other websites showed they were not delivering due to COVID. They took my money and order and did not make any delivery saying it was due to COVID. We are in August now. I have asked them for a refund several times. They haven’t made any delivery nor have they refunded. Thieves! They are crooks using this situation to cheat people.

Very poor service from this website. I've ordered rakhi which they didn't deliver and they are not picking up my call. My money as well as festival mood got wasted. Better to go for winni or floweraura kind of website

I recently went online and ordered 12 roses in a vase and 2 heart shaped balloons to be delivered to my other on her 90th birthday on 28th June. The website pictures are definitely misleading. What you see is what I did not get. The flower arrangement was not like the picture. It was just a bunch of roses taped together, put in something that looked like a cut off glass bottle and two ordinary balloons, not heart shaped. Sent an email to the company the moment I got a picture of the flowers that arrived for her, but did not hear back from them. I posted a review on their website but it is waiting approval. That is not how reviews work.

I recently started ordering with Phoolwala.com. They show so many items on their website and excitedly you place an order. Order gets processed in time, but they automatically decide to change the order (due to lack of availability) without giving a choice if we want the substitute/replacement. I personally didnt want the replacement and wasnt happy that they didnt reach out to get consent for the change. I asked them that I am not happy and didnt find it professional. When asked to make the situation right, they offer a future discount. That my friends is the crappy switch and bait feeling to keep you railed in. I am in customer service and promise you that I will never retain a customer who leaves with that feeling. Dont trust them as they are capable of switching your orders and you will have no choice of what is being sent.
