We had an extremely disappointing experience with Phoopho Agency. They promised to build our website, work on its SEO, and achieve significant Google rankings. We trusted them with our time and money, investing heavily based on their requirements and assurances.
However, the results were absolutely zero. Despite repeated follow-ups, their performance remained subpar, and there was no visible progress. When we raised concerns about their performance, they initially ignored our messages and later blocked us entirely on all communication channels.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and unethical. We feel cheated and regret trusting this agency with our project. Think twice before dealing with them, as their promises are empty and their customer service is non-existent. Avoid at all costs!
