Phoenix Photographics in Rayleigh are a stunning company and although the company's name has come up on Trust Pilot as 'Phopho' this is just the way that Trust Pilot picks up their web address. Without going off at a tangent, I have used Phoenix Photographics several times before and I have always been really happy with them. A few days ago, I needed some copies of some very special photographs made and one in particular which I needed a bit of 'photoshopping' on (due to a bad haircut on the day (I must add that the original prints weren't done by these guys). However even during lockdown, I was able to talk to them (especially Dave who was really helpful both via their webchat page and by phone) and I am delighted in fact over the moon with the results. The photograph that I needed a slight tweak on came back flawlessly enhanced to how my hair 'should' have looked on the day and the service was excellent. Dave listened to all of my requirements so I am going back online in a few minutes' time to order some more of the same. It is so rare nowadays to get people who listen to their customer's needs but Phoenix Photographics in Rayleigh really do.
