Really well done painting and the team were superb at keeping me updated every step of the way. Grandad loves his painting of him and is grandaughter.

I cannot speak highly enough of photo to painting! They responded to any emails really quickly, kept me informed every step of the way, and the painting I have now received is absolutely incredible! The artist is so talented and I can't quite believe how good it is. This is a gift for a special birthday and I know my husband is going to be over the moon.

My mum pasted away in January… she was married to my dad for 65 years …. My dad is 91 this year …. I thought a painting off my beautiful mother on her wedding day would make the perfect gift ….the customer service was first class … would highly recommend to anyone who would like a painting done .

I first came across this company when my brother had a portrait done, and it was absolutely incredible — the likeness, detail, and quality were outstanding. That experience gave me the confidence to order one myself.

Unfortunately, my own painting was a very different experience. The proportions were off — particularly the head — and the likeness to my granddaughter just wasn’t there. It broke my heart, as this was meant to be a special gift to myself and something to treasure.

I now understand that the paintings are created by different artists, which explains the inconsistency. While I wish I’d known that at the time, I do appreciate the company’s response once I shared how distressed I was.

Stephen, the Managing Director, replied personally with empathy, and Sarah handled everything with professionalism and kindness. They arranged a full refund — something I know they don’t usually do — and provided a return address so I could send the painting back.

While the outcome was initially disappointing, I’m genuinely grateful for the respectful and compassionate way it was resolved.

Really pleased with the service and painting I received. Lots of communication before placing the order to make sure I was happy with everything before going ahead. Painting was completed and delivered ahead of schedule and looks beautiful. A really special gift that I’m sure will always be treasured. It’s amazing value for money considering the artist must have spent hours painting not to mention the materials and finishing/framing etc. Highly recommend

Really pleased with the service received from Stephen and Sarah; had a family portrait done for my wife's 40th birthday and the quality of work was fantastic. They were also able to make some minor adjustments I wanted as well as bring the completion date forward by a few days so my wife received it on time. Would highly recommend!

From start to end the service was amazing. The final piece beautifully painted. It was a very important memory captured beautifully and was loved the moment it was seen. The oil canvas painting is amazing, I had done some research on companies for oil painting for a memorial of my partner and sister who passed, I had cropped two photos together one being extremely damaged of the deceased person and I was shocked how they brought our oil painting as one, not only that they had restored her face by hand painted so they was together for one last time it’s absolutely beautiful and my partner was sooo happy with the final result

During the process the communications and regular updates were excellent. The link that provides progress updates with dates etc. is particularly good. I would highly recommend this company if you want an amazing quality picture painted, the artist is incredible. I got two photos merged as my dad passed away 8 years ago, so he sadly never got to meet my nephew and I wanted to get my mum a meaningful gift for her 70th birthday this year so got a family portrait painted that included my dad in the photo so we were all together in the same painting. The correspondence and customer service is outstanding and Sarah is so kind, friendly and helpful. I will 100% be using this company again in the future.
