I had Purchased a photo as anniversary…
I had Purchased a photo as anniversary present for my wife. The received item was of such low quality it went straight in the bin. Faint lines borders that where not present upon previewing in their website.
They have no quality control and everything is automated. Dealing with their staff upon reporting fault is a taxing back and forth.
I would recommend avoiding.

Keep away!
Keep away!! If I could, I would not give any star at all. The website is absolutely intransparent and lead you to make mistakes on your order. There is no sense of customer satisfaction and the service teams just tell you that they cannot do anything about your problem, even if YOU (as a customer) give them an alternative of solving the problem.

Very upset with this company
Placed an order 3 months ago and still not received. Countless email exchanges, resulting in excuses and miscommunication. Just so angry and upset with this company-losing a very precious photo. Not to mention the price we paid. Just disgusting, please avoid as its a horrible feeling knowing a personal and precious photo has just gone missing and the company doesn't care.

Cheap code cheapest of cheap service
Very poor company they use wowcher codes and soon as you type in the code that you have payed for this company start charging you more money. The voucher says you pay a maximum of £6:99 delivery I got charged £7:99 twice plus they made me pay an extra £1 on two of my blankets such a poor company stay away from them cause surely if it say £13:99 for the voucher and delivery is a maximum of £6:99 then surely you pay £20:98 ... well you don’t add bits on here and there horrible company
