Ordered two blankets 30 Dec. Paid and my bank and PayPal both showed as being paid. I contacted the company by email to find out about my order after 2 weeks, a return email saying someone would contact me within 2-3 hours. No email.
Contacted again. Eventually they tell me they can see my order but they have not received payment. I reply my bank can show £50 paid in December. They deny this but ask me to send proof like a transaction number. I send it. Then before a reply I get an email saying thank you for your order they would start the blankets.
Later that day a message from the company saying they had asked the pay department and that department admitted there had been a fault in their system .NO APOLOGY, NO MENTION OF WHAT HAPPENED, NO OFFER OF DISCOUNT. For this terrible customer service I do not reccommend and I will never shop here again
