Very happy with the printed book and the ease of navigating the website. Thank you for a great memory keeper.

Quality was poor. Colour rendition of print was washed out. Another print of same from another supplier is much more vibrant and deep. I actually have decided to return for refund.

I found it pretty time-consuming and stressful creating a photobook manually. However, when I used the 'wizard' it was fantastic. The quality of the books is top-notch and I will be making more. Thank you!

I had a voucher for 3 calendars and placed the order. I checked the 1 copy column,thinking it was one order for 3 calendars,but it was one product only. A bit confusing as the voucher was for three, so why would I order only one? Having said that, the support from the chat room was excellent, and they completed the order, and I received it a week later. Very pleased with the service. Glenn

Photobookshop’s service is always exemplary and their products wonderful. I find their software easy to use and on the very rare occasion I have had an issue they have gone out of their way to fix it swiftly at no cost to me. Have been, and will continue to use them for years to come. Highly recommend!

I ordered my photobook on the 12th Nov 2025 and it wasn't shipped until 5th Jan 2026 and you advertise that it takes 7 - 14 days...THAT IS RUBBISH.

I've used this company for years and have always been happy with the product and customer service... until now!
I ordered 3 identical books with a separate voucher number for each. They were a special gift for my kids for Xmas. The first one, I received an email saying it was ready, so I sent hubby on the hour's drive to collect. He asked for the other 2 and they said one was being packaged now if he wanted to wait but the 3rd wasn't ready. So hubby came home with two books.
I checked the status every day after that to have the 3rd book in time for Xmas and I rang constantly and the girl told me I had to wait for a text message, even though the status said it was ready. I've never received a text message before in all the years I've used this company.
So basically we didn't get the 3rd in time. It was so disappointing.
My biggest complaint is that they used to have amazing customer service and now they've either cut back on staff or just don't care anymore.

This is about the 8th album I have bought from photo bookshop and very happy with them all. Only about 3 weeks till delivery and that was over Xmas. Starting a new one with recent photos

I ordered my photo book and not one page was straight. They were all cut incorrectly and on an angle with the bottom of every page missing. White area of border at the top of pages where there shouldn't be as every page is cut incorrectly and out of alignment. This is the third phonebook I have ordered and I have never had this problem before but my friends have had the same issue more recently too. I have emailed and sent photos (Ticket ID 157413) which has been "sent to management" for assessment. Not sure what needs to be assessed as it's perfectly obvious but just looking at it. Received an email today to say my Ticket has been closed as I hadn't replied within 7 days or my issue has been resolved, neither of which it true. I'm waiting for a response and a reprint as it item is not completed properly or professionally at all.

I have been creating Photo books for Xmas presents for at least 9 years. The A4 lay flat books are really great quality products and so easy to complete.
The service is very quick and professional, my books arrived in time for Xmas. The family who receive these Photo books are always extremely happy with their gift.
I have also created Calendars, Fridge magnet pics and Canvas pics.
I totally recommend PhotobookShop to anyone.

I have used PhotobookShop several times to compile books of photographs taken on holidays. The program is easy to navigate and shows a high level of flexibility.
Importantly, the quality of the final photo book is excellent, as has been the case previously. In addition, the cost is very reasonable.

Always a good turnaround time on projects and if I have questions I just email and get a very quick response. I have been a repeat customer for years.

Excellent quality calendar and very fast turn round a week before Christmas.

I have found this company excellent to deal with. In the past few years, I have made a bulk order to sell at our local town, with profits going to a nominated town project. They sell well, and hopefully I will do the same next year.

They are very efficient and quick. I had a voucher for ten copies of my calendar. Only one turned up close to Christmas. Totally my fault as I didn’t indicate on the order
I thought there was no way I would have them for Christmas. They jumped in, printed 9 more and still got them to me 3 days before Christmas. I was stunned. Have dealt with them for several years and they are terrific.

Always use this company for photo books, gifts and calendars. Professional service & excellent quality products- this year’s calendars were a great hit as usual. I like the offline software & the feature that allows me to add dozens of photos & then mark them as used so the rest are easy to locate. The only suggestion I’d make is to revamp the clip art - the selections aren’t great!

The calendars I just received were great and very prompt delivery. Would have given 5 stars apart from my experience I had recently with a Lay Flat photo book. Quality was ok but delivery time and communication from the company was atrocious.
