Zoomed in on a facial photo. It was grainy. Trustpilot helped take some of that 'grainy-ness' away. Very Pleased.

The restoring part of the process is great, but the only part I dislike is even after the restoring of photo, often the facial features are so distorted to the point that the people do not even resemble themselves, The eyes are usually a gray color when the person has dark brown eyes. If you could fix this issue, I would gladly give a 5 star rating. The distorting of facial parts and coloring of eyes is the key to becoming number one, if you can work on that part. Don't change the shape of the lips or add teeth that don't fit photo, do more of clarity of the features that are already there, not change them. Most people don't like it and want it removed from the collection because the person doesn't look like themselves. Fix this and again I say, you get 5 stars.

Easy to use and wonderfull result for the restoration of an old black and white photo, with an upscale x1.87. I notice also that lips and eyes were nicely slightly teinted on restored photo. Great job.

DO NOT USE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS. It creates a white bar at the top, as other people have complained about. This makes the photo invalid for passports. Their algorithm needs fixing. Waste of money.

Made two orders of passport photos on Sunday because we needed the photos as soon as possible. According to their website, they would ship our order in two days, but after four days, I sent them an e-mail asking them where my photos were, and they told me they had just shipped them! I asked them for a refund because they are late in shipping our order. I used their digital photos to print at Walmart, and they would not give me a refund.

Easy-peazy! This is truly a great site, and it really is free to use. Thank you so much!

Some of my old photos were so bad, I had lost how, That is until I found Photo Booth Online

Said my photo was ok, took payment & then said photo did not meet requirements & to submit another photo.
Tried uploading another photo at least a dozen times but it just kept saying something went wrong & upload another photo. Asked for a refund but I’m not holding my breath

The service was easy to use. Download photo then let them get on with it. I set my background to grey. Then they email back the resized pics for you to print off. All in a few minutes.
Just make sure you set printer to the correct settings. Even if you don't have the correct size photo paper( 10x15cm) set the printer to that size. (I only had A4 in glossy photo paper.) The thing I didn't like was being charged £7.14, after it advertised as a free service!? Hence 3 stars. I obviously misunderstood what 'free' means. (Feel free to pay, otherwise you don't actually get to print off your picture..?) PayPal so easy to pay. Cheaper than another 'free' site that wanted over double that though, and I needed the passport sized photos quickly. I live in a very rural area and to get the pictures in the usual way would have meant a 60mile round trip to town. So time and fuel would have cost more.
