It is stunning. Hubby loved it. Colours were true and resolution amazing.

My whānau were really impressed by the product we received from Photobox. The quality of images in the photo diary is fantastic, and my sister loves it so much she's going to keep it as a photo album rather than use it as a 2022 diary! The price was very reasonable, and I would definitely use your services again.

I was much happier with the scrapbooking snaps from Potobox than I had been with my previous provider. The colours of the photographs were more balanced - like the originals and the framing was much better

It didn’t arrive in time for Xmas (New Zealand) but was well worth the wait. Stunning quality will happily purchase more.

Never received product so was offered a reprint free of charge. Wasn't aware that normal shipping wasn't tracked.

Despite the difficulties with Covid disruption and strict customs guidelines our parcel arrived in New Zealand before Christmas which as you can imagine was a great relief to us. Would most definitely use again

Everything about this was really good, except for one thing, the book editor.

The book editor has some good basic tools to build the layout of the pages, but sometimes I wanted to slightly adjust the layout but had to manually drag the photos one by one. I couldn’t quickly increase or decrease the spacing, I couldn’t select all photos and make them all smaller or larger, or move them together. The text controls were too basic and wish there were was more functionality. They should definitely improve the features of picture and text controls and layout.

Now, aside from that, everything else was great. The prices was really simple and easy and shipping was insanely fast as well and surpassingly got here before Christmas.

The quality of the book was very high. Glad it wasn’t awful.

There was also an insane 60% of at the time so the pricing was perfect.

The process of creating the book was straight forward and the options available suited my needs.

The only negative was how long it took Australia Post to get the books to me. I paid extra to have the books delivered sooner rather than later but looking at the tracking information the books got "stuck" at 2 different AU Post locations for several days each time when they did not move. Consequently the books were much later getting to me compared with what was scheduled. Maybe Covid was to blame.

Ordered a personalised case but product has not been received well past the estimated delivery date. Order list says it’s empty when you go on your account aswell but when you check the tracking, it says already shipped. Tried to communicate with the team, no response.
Will no be purchasing from here again.

Print safe area wasn’t really clearly marked in the editor and at times my text is very close (it’s passable but I would have spaced it further away if I’d realised how much of the page was going to be trimmed). Other than that I am very happy with the finished result. This is my second purchase and I will be back.
