Extremely slow delivery
When I ordered the delivery time was shown as "within 10 days". My order arrived after 6 weeks! I contacted customer services after I had received nothing for 3 weeks, and they said they would resend it. But the shipping information showed that it wasn't send until 2 weeks after I contacted them, so they basically didn't send the order for 5 weeks.

Excellent Quality, Poor Delivery
Would have been 5 stars if not for the shocking experience from Photobox’s delivery partner Evri.
However this review is about the framed photo they did for us. Beautiful print, well framed and mounted. I’m over the moon with the item.
If you can put up with a long wait if it comes via Evri then you’ll be delighted with the quality.
Photobox please please ditch Evri before they ruin your business.

Honestly best experience
Honestly best experience. So easy to make a personalised calendar and it was so cheap too. Plenty of designs, colours, and fonts to choose from. Definitely going to do it again.

This is not an Irish company as the products are shipped from the UK. I ordered a few prints to arrive before Christmas and they have yet to arrive, it’s now 29th Dec. Very disappointed as I no longer need as they are too late

Quality of products declining year on year
I have been using photobox for 18 years and placed 63 orders. The quality of their photobooks and calendars has declined year on year in the last few years. I give them as presents to family members and they have noticed too. Very disappointing.
