is a gang of online scammers, they have their registered office in countries of the former Soviet bloc because they are officially part of the European Union, but they have inadequate legislation against scams.
They imported a ten year old American scam into Europe, it was called copyright trolling.
The police always advise NEVER PAY AND REPORT THE EXTORTION ATTEMPT

Don't believe any of the poor reviews here, as all of them are written by those people who stole images and used them without permission. They are angry that they got caught and now face fines and penalties for their thievery.

If you're a thief, I don’t know who you are. I don’t know what you want. If you are looking for free images, I can tell you I don’t have any to give you, but what I do have is PhotoClaim. They have a very particular set of skills. Skills they have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make them a nightmare for people like you. If you leave my photos now, that’ll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you, but if you don’t, PhotoClaim will look for you; they will find you and will sue you.” :-D

Stalks people who took photos that was uploaded to public domain e.g wikipedia under the CC license which was later removed/deleted or changed the license.

As a photographer, I really did not know that there was any chance of recovering money for stolen photos. Until I found PhotoClaim! :) By cooperating with tough lawyers, they successfully supports photographers from all over the world in claiming their rights, which is not an easy job to be honest. From what I noticed, they are very success-oriented and always stand by the customer even if the situation gets tricky, so I would highly recommend them to anyone who cares about protecting their copyrights, but is afraid to fight for it or simply don't know where to start.

Hire German lawyers that literally harass you as a business. Even if you found that picture on unsplash or flikr with a free of rights comment!

I'm a semi professional photographer whose image was used by a company without my permission. PhotoClaim helped me to get a payment for this image, in fact PhotoClaim detected this fraudulent image use in the first place. Recommended for serious photographers.

Photoclaim comprises people with high professionalism. They are very systematic in their workflow and very efficient in their communication with clients all the time. They are doing an excellent job in protecting copyrights on behalf of photographers and help the photographic community tremendously by applying the European laws.

This is a perfectly legitimate, well-organised European entity serving well its photographer-clients but from time-to-time will of course also attract some negative comments. Rest assured these are NOT by their existing happy clients (like me) but by copyright infringers, who in order to "retaliate" for the enforcement of the law upon them will try to revenge with some 1-star critiques... Never mind those negative points: in fact if they come from photography copyright violators they should also be double-counted as medals-of-success for Photoclaim.

They based in Germany and Poland and have been targeting Jewish business owners. Many of the member of my synagogue both in Germany and Austria has received a threatening letter from this company. It's scam.
