STAY AWAY

This seller is dishonest. I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge unlocked and after 6 months the phone went back locked. I have found out that they have illegally unlocked the phone (temporarily) and flashed/cracked it. They have altered the original model number and now I can't do anything to unlock it. Please stay away from this seller, phones can even be stolen. FRAUD.

stay away from them all their goods seem to be faulty I purchased a fitbit 17th March 2017 and last week the push button fell off and they are refusing to do anything with it , told me I had 30 days to return it which has passed and to go to a local shop to get it repaired. I have sent back that under the 1974 customer consumer act the Fitbit isn't fit for purpose and don't have to refund it but they do have to repair it. At this moment of time I am on o ebay where I purchased it from if they do nothing I will try paypal as I paid through them failing that it will be small courts, these people can't keep getting away with it I will keep you informed. Disgruntled Buyer

Not even worth one star

Not even worth one star. AVOID this bunch of con artists like the plague. Ordered a factory unlocked S6 edge. After a few weeks it factory reset itself and locked to T-Mobile America. Totally useless now in the UK. No customer service, they're not interested. Reported them to Trading Standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Very unacceptable, unreasonable and just overall a terrible service.

Very unacceptable, i bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 Active and they stated it was in Grade A condition. As a seller, i know what grade A is (Like New) but the phone had scratches, scuffs and dents. When i contacted them they said they could do me a £10 discount, how unreasonable is that. I'll be hopefully getting in contact with my friend who works for trading standards in Leeds about the issue.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!

I have reported the company to Trading standards. I Purchased a faulty phone in December as a Christmas present for my mum and the phone has been faulty since day one. They will not refund and advise they do not replace. They do not have any customer service only what seems like an automated email service.

Faulty goods, untrustworthy seller!!

Faulty Chromecast purchased for Xmas present in December, when I tried to set up in January I found it wouldn't work. Asked for refund or replacement but refused. Untrustworthy seller, i highly recommend looking elsewhere.

RIP OFF THIEVES - They are a JOKE

I bought an Samsung S5 in October. An asian import that never worked from day 1 . They couldnt fix my issue - It doesnt and never has worked But they offered me a £10 to fob me off, they never paid it! So now i have a dead phone and I am £150 out of pocket.
PLEASE someone deal with this company!!!!

Re-manufactured iPhone 5c

If there was an option to give no starts I would, I ordered a remanufactured iPhone 5c and within a day the phone started having troubles and now doesn't work at all. It's disgraceful I paid good money for the phone and would strongly recommend that no one should by electrical equipment from here. Discgusting.

Do not even do it!

After waiting three full weeks, my book arrived and it was the wrong book! I had made updates, saved and even re-checked before adding to the cart, and yet, my old version arrived. Now I have to pay a premium to get my book from another company in time for the holidays.

Shocking service

I purchased 2 items from this company. one item was faulty and was returned to seller straight away and was refunded. The second item developed a fault a few days after delivery. When I emailed the seller they failed to respond to any of messages or emails.
Now they have said because I am outside of the 30 day return period they wont do anything even though I began messaging them 3 days after delivery.
They seem to have a policy if silence. They have no contact number so you have no choice but to message or email which they then ignore.
I would stay away from this company. The goods are substandard and in my case not as discribed they have no customer service whatsoever, they will take your money and run.

I'm concerned!

I just placed three different orders of the same photo book, but each one was to be shipped to a different address. They completely messed up the invoices and had them all shipping to the same address. When I contacted them via chat, the woman I spoke to was accusing me of doing everything wrong instead of helping. Even thought I DID place THREE different orders and CLEARLY remember typing the three different addresses. Finally I got her to check the orders for me and fix them, but never apologized. Also, the changes she made won't show up online under my account which has me very concerned. So far this wasn't worth the deal I got on Groupon. Fingers crossed everyone gets their book!

This company should be closed down. Crooks!

I purchased a large back drop for my daughter’s birthday present. On the web site they said that the back drop was anti crease, this was not the case so i tried contacting Photodeals on a number of occasions but they have to date still not responded to my request of a refund. I am currently in the process of contacting Trading Standards to investigate this company. In my opinion as a company director myself, this company should not be trading. Beware and do not deal with this company as the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee means nothing.

Do not buy or think of buying

You cannot ring them as they dont provide a phone number. You can't get a response to emails. I placed an order and the goods never arrived. When I queried this they just stopped responding. They are one oif the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Duncan

Will never recommend anyone buy from Photodeals.co.uk!

I bought a photographic backdrop as a present for my wife, but when she saw it being delivered she said it was too bulky and didn't really want it. This is where the experience went sour.
Photodeals.co.uk do not follow the Distance Selling Regulations, but I still returned the item as per their terms. I had to find my own courier and send it back (many of the good companies will arrange collection through their own couriers and charge the cost back to you if required - much cheaper for the customer that way).
The package was signed for by someone at Photodeals, but no refund was made. There is no phone number to contact them, so only email. I received one reply to my email saying that they would look into it and get back to me ASAP, but then heard nothing else. Further emails had no replies at all.
Eventually I had to go to my credit card company and raise this as a dispute, and after supplying evidence to them I recieved my refund.
