Good Quality Frame

Bought a jigsaw puzzle frame for the first time ever. I really struggled to get the correct measurements online so I decided to give this company a go to get a made to measure frame. The process was very easy, and when it arrived, the sticky board provided went onto the back of the puzzle very easily. The puzzle stuck really well and there were no mishaps when putting it into the frame, which fit perfectly. I will definitely use this company again.

Amazing jigsaw frame

Amazing jigsaw frame! I used it to frame a custom board game map and its perfect. The size is just right. I got the largest size available and it wasn't easy to stick everything down in the right place first time. Ended up using a hairdryer to free some pieces but the sticky backing was very forgiving (and still sticky!).

Excellent Service

I ordered a frame that unfortunately was damaged by the courier on delivery. I let Photo frames and more know, they asked. For photos of the damage to the frame and packaging. Immediately they sent out a new frame. Excellent service, thanks.

I cut my losses

I ordered a frame specifying the outer dimensions of my picture frame. I was sent a larger frame than expected with an appeture matching my specified expected outer frame dimensions.

The instruction box during ordering had a character cap (I was unable to specify clearly my requirements and was forced to delete 50% of my message) the seller required a specified format. My bad, I should have sent an email confirming my requirements.

The frame I received is too large for it's intended purpose and I can't use it.

After reaching out to the vendor they refused a return/assist with amending the frame. I was offered a replacement at a 30% discount. They wanted an extra £50 from me to get a frame that I can use.

On reflection...the £70 frame I received is low quality and came with economy plexi glass. Rather than invest another £50 I honestly couldn't justify it so chose to cut my losses.

I accept the terms and conditions of purchase and that legally this company had no obligation to accept a return or provide assistance after purchase.

The customer service I experienced was machiaevlian and this company is more concerned with short term profit than building their customer base. This is an honest, accurate assessment.

I should have gone to my local framer in the first place, better quality for the same money...lesson learnt.

A terrible experience, I set fire to £70...I will get over it 🤷

The frame you received was manufactured exactly to the measurements you submitted when placing your order. This was a fully bespoke, made‑to‑measure product, and we rely entirely on the dimensions provided by the customer. Once a custom frame has been cut, assembled, and pinned, it cannot be altered—any change requires an entirely new frame to be made from scratch.
We appreciate that ordering custom sizes online can sometimes be challenging, especially when working with specific formats or character limits. However, we always encourage customers to contact us before ordering if clarification is needed. No such contact was made in this case.
Although the sizing error was due to the measurements entered, not to any mistake on our part, we still offered a 30% discounted replacement as a goodwill gesture. This covered the cost of new materials, labour, and production time for a completely new frame. For a bespoke item, this is a generous offer and goes well beyond what most framers would be able—or willing—to provide.
Your review also omits that your communications with our team were extremely rude and dismissive. Despite this, we remained professional throughout and responded promptly with accurate information and solutions within the limits of what is possible with custom manufacturing.
While we understand it is frustrating when an item does not fit its intended purpose, the product supplied was correct, and we acted fairly and transparently at every stage. We are confident that we handled this situation appropriately and in line with industry standards.

I’ve had consistently excellent service…

I’ve had consistently excellent service from Photoframesandmore. Every order has been processed quickly, and delivery is always speedy and reliable.
The quality of the mounts and frames is fantastic, well-made, sturdy, and exactly as described. It’s clear they take pride in their products.
Overall, a great experience every time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality frames and efficient service.

I was VERY impressed with the service I received. I placed a very late night order which I needed fairly urgently and my frame was shipped in record time the next day and got to me in a great condition.
I’m very happy with my item, so I would highly recommend PhotoFramesandMore!

Total Shame. Evri = DISASTER!

It’s such a shame that all the reviews seem to praise the quality of the products produced here - sadly I never got to found out.

Yet another small business who is completely let down by Evri. I ordered my item with priority delivery as I wanted it for an anniversary. I even had a few days grace, just in case. When (after a few days) I hadn’t received a notification from Evri, I contacted Photoframesandmore.

They were a little slow to respond but eventually agreed to refund the priority delivery. Agreeable of them but quite right too; you can’t ask me to pay for a service which I never received.

The frame never arrived in time for the anniversary. In fact, the frame never arrived at all. After a week and a half of emailing and asking the company to just send out another frame I eventually got a stock image sent to me saying the item had been delivered. The photo was not of my door nor of my house. It was a stock image. Later that day, the company confirmed the item had been delivered elsewhere.

I kept asking for the item to be resent. Repeatedly over the course of 4 emails I asked for the item, even though it was terribly late. For some reason, they didn’t understand this. They told me the item had been refunded. I thought as a gesture of goodwill for the terrible let down, but no - I was then told that the case had closed and if I still wanted the item, I would have to reorder it through the website. No further help provided.

So two and a half weeks later I’m back where I started. No frame. No anniversary present and still no refund. Yes, this was Evri’s fault initially but the company then decided to one up Evri and turn a disappointing situation into a disastrous one.

Complete lack of understanding or respect for the customer. They’ll no doubt respond to justify their misunderstanding or blame Evri but ultimately - have I got the frame I ordered? No!

First, your order was delivered, and the image you received was the official proof of delivery supplied by Evri—it was not a stock photo. When you disputed this, we immediately opened a full investigation with the courier. As you stated, the parcel appears to have been delivered to the wrong location, which is entirely a courier issue, not an issue with our dispatch or production. Your order was dispatched on time and marked as delivered on time, and once the investigation confirmed it had been delivered to the wrong address, we refunded your order in full.
Regarding delivery fees and refunds:
Our Terms & Conditions clearly state that upgraded delivery costs are non‑refundable once an item has been dispatched, even in the case of courier delay. The upgrade fee covers faster dispatch and booking the next‑day service, but—as with any courier—we cannot guarantee their performance once the parcel leaves our premises. Despite this, we refunded your upgrade fee as a goodwill gesture.
We also refunded the full cost of your order, which—as outlined in our terms—can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
At no point did we refuse further help. Once the order had been fully refunded, we explained that if you still wished to receive the product, you would need to place a new order. This is standard practice once a refund has been processed.
It is disappointing to see our efforts described as a “lack of understanding or respect,” especially when we acted promptly, followed our policies, refunded more than required, and resolved an issue caused entirely by the courier.
We are a small business, and we strive to treat all customers fairly and respectfully. Your refund has been completed, and if you would still like the frame, you are very welcome to place a new order—we’ll be happy to help.
